We had Just Drains out 9/17/21 for a clogged drain backing up in toilet and bathtub. Gentleman couldn't fixtures problem so they said they sent the supervisor out and it was fine. Called back 10/6/21 to let them know that it wasn't working again and the property is a rental and is vacant and has been vacant since they were out in 9/17/21, and they said they would call me this morning 10/7/21 and they didn't and I called the office and the lady in there was so rude and stand offish and kept hanging up on me because I couldn't tell her what they did because I was driving and didn't have the invoice in front of me however I gave her the date, name and address and asked if she could look it up and she told me I was rude?!!!! She was the rudest person in customer service I have ever dealt with in my 55 years. She has no business dealing with customers period. I am requesting a full refund and its a shame we have several rental properties have used them over the years, and I will NEVER use them again. They don't want to honor the 30 day Guarantee as it states on their website or don't know how to fix it, and thats fine, them just return our money and I am calling another company.

Just Drains technician John came out to clear a slow first-floor laundry room drain for us. Unfortunately our drain lines are mostly buried in our basement floor so we had to guess which cleanout he should use (we guessed wrong). I called Just Drains again a week later. This time technician Scott arrived and snaked the laundry waste line all the way from the washing machine box. The line was cleared and has been draining fine, and there was no charge for the revisit.
Very happy with their service. If you have a drain problem in your home, call these guys first.

Great experience! Good, honest, fair service. I can't say enough good things about this plumbing company. They came on time and did an excellent job cleaning the drain.
