Rosco's Formally known as ""Just drains"" plumber showed up at my mothers house and unclog the Main Sewage Drain, ive Been in construction 30 years and The plumber Did everything correct. The Drain works fine at my mothers Home, cheapest Rates in Town Very satisfied with Roscos service.

Just drains showed up promptly I have always used them there prices are Excellent. We had a clogged drain that we needed to have cleaned out. We have a septic system and it is accessible. The gentleman that came out was unable to lift the lid and stated that my lid was sealed shut and that I needed to call a septic tank contractor immediately. So they ended up having to pull our master bath toilet to snake the mainline. Had to bring in a large machine to do the work. In the mist of them bringing the machine in my house that is brand new remodeled home. They put a huge gouge in a brand new door frame. When they went to Reinstall our toilet they did not put in a new gasket. Said he didn't have any. The toilet is completely off wobbly and leaks. I called our septic tank company immediately they showed up at 11 and pulled the lid very easily and said that our septic tank was fine but they charged me $400. That call was completely unnecessary if the person that showed up to our house originally from Just Drains was strong enough to pull the lid to our septic tank or knew the tricks of leverage to get it open then I wouldn't have had to have another company come out on an emergency call saying that my tank was bad.
I called just trains to let them know what happened took pictures of the damage in my home and what's going on with our toilet and he said that he would call me back and now he has blocked my number. I was just asking him to make it right and he refused to do so completely unfair. I'm so irritated it's worth me taking them to small claims at this point. We used to think that just drains was a wonderful upstanding company but they are not. If you're smart you will look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. I am completely disappointed because this is not how they used to run their business.

Do not use the company. Incompetence, inefficient work, inappropriate behavior, and worst of all, ignorant homophobia from their employee Junior (who is the son of the owner). After several home visits and attempts to solve why our shower wasn't getting consistent hot water, finally (weeks later) the solution was discovered and a new shower mixer was installed, but not before Junior decided to inappropriately rant about ""anal sex and oral copulation"" (a direct quote), professing that gay marriage is wrong, and seemingly praising the people who stood up against California enacting gay rights laws. Our conversation ended right there and we demanded he leave the house immediately. You let the free market decide; do you want people like this earning your business? Sadly, some of you probably do. For the rest of us, don't give these people your time, energy, or consideration. I'm sure there are competent plumbers who do not spew heinous beliefs in the area.

I called later in the day, to get an appointment for the next day. I was told that Roscoe would be out at 08:00. Roscoe was punctual, and was at my home slightly before 08:00, on a very cold morning. Roscoe was courteous and efficient. He had my main drain unplugged quickly. The price for doing the job was great, and I have no complaints about that item. I would definitely recommend this company, and call them in the future for any drain problems. How did I find them, simple, I let my fingers do the walking in the Yellow Pages, and their ad caught my eye. They asked 'why pay plumber prices' to clean a drain, and having been down that road before, I knew exactly what they were talking about!

It's been a rough 24 hours. First off, my poor car suffered damage in a wreck, had to rent a car, and then this morning I hear the drains bubbling up. Uh Oh. You never want to hear that sound if you own a home. Brown water in the tub and everything. Yeah.

So, I called ""Just Drains"" and told them what happened. I live in a little older house, so I have used them before. But it's a Saturday, and thought that it would be difficult to have them come out. Roscoe and his son were at my house within an hour. He did his thing with the drain equipment, took about 25 minutes and the drains were clear again. He charged me a reasonable price and I was very happy.

But here's the thing about this that is important.
Roscoe not only came out on a Saturday, it was his 39th Wedding Anniversary too! I was so blown away by this. They are dedicated to what they do and it shows.

If you ever DO hear that sound, call Roscoe. He will make your day..
