First time user with Just Drains. I originally had another company to come out. They were not going to be here until late afternoon. I was recommended by a friend to call Just Drains. I called this morning at 7:00 a.m. and they were here by 8:00 a.m. Roscoe is very professional and took care of my plumbing problem at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services.

It's been a rough 24 hours. First off, my poor car suffered damage in a wreck, had to rent a car, and then this morning I hear the drains bubbling up. Uh Oh. You never want to hear that sound if you own a home. Brown water in the tub and everything. Yeah.

So, I called ""Just Drains"" and told them what happened. I live in a little older house, so I have used them before. But it's a Saturday, and thought that it would be difficult to have them come out. Roscoe and his son were at my house within an hour. He did his thing with the drain equipment, took about 25 minutes and the drains were clear again. He charged me a reasonable price and I was very happy.

But here's the thing about this that is important.
Roscoe not only came out on a Saturday, it was his 39th Wedding Anniversary too! I was so blown away by this. They are dedicated to what they do and it shows.

If you ever DO hear that sound, call Roscoe. He will make your day..

We have had chronic drain problems for over 15 years, could not identify the exact problem. Just Drains came out today and did a camera inspection that identified our problem. They worked with a snake to clean the line then reinspected until the line was completely clear. Gave us advise to keep the line clear of grease in the future. Very thorough work, friendly and helpful, will definitely be using them in the future. We recommend Just Drains for all plumbing issues.

Well. Grey water lines are blocked, so no water usage until they're fixed. ""Just Drains"", whom I've used for years, sent an elderly fellow out. Nice guy. The first day he said his back hurt too much to work so he couldn't come. The second day he came, made a mess, couldn't get his snake through the drain, and left after telling me he brought the wrong tools. When he left, the sink that had been draining slowly was completely blocked! He made it worse! The third day, he was clearly in pain as he kept grimacing and rubbing his left shoulder. He ran a rooter through the drain, tested it, it was still fully blocked. Then he finally said the pipe had to be replaced, called my landlord, apparently got paid, got his tools, and walked off... I didn't even know he had left. He left me a massive mess; grey matter splattered all over the sink, window, faucet, counters, dishes....really unprofessional departure. I can't believe he made my landlord pay! For what? Making the situation worse and unable to complete the job? I hate to slam a guy just trying to make a living, but there comes a time when tradesmen need to start thinking about retirement...their bodies just wear out from all the hard work over the years. I will be following this post up after the new plumber leaves. If the pipe really needs to be replaced, I will apologize profusely. If it gets fixed without any pipe replacement, I will be expecting a full refund for my landlord for what he paid Just Drains.

Well, the new plumber went straight to the washing machine and rooted the problem out. Just dragging want even working in the right place. Hey, just Drains, you offer my landlord s refund!

They replaced a water heater for my rental. Very reasonable price, fast and friendly service. There was a small leak after installation, I called and they came and fixed right away. Definitely will use them again.

Have used them a number of times and they did real good work. But,needed a very ,very simple repair done. I made 2 calls on Sunday night,I realize there closed,but asked them to call me next mourning,Got in contact with them a little after 9in the morning,the guy I spoke with sounded drunk,he may have just been stupid.Called 5 more time,they were always an hour away,This was a very small hose bib leak,but it was leaking,water in Stockton cost a lot,TELL THE TRUTH,did not know that they didn't have a license,on the 5th call they decided they would yell at me,Being that they never did anything,was easy to tell them no thanks,who needs this crap!

I moved in to A rental in Stockton & have been having the Plubing problems. My landloard used Just Drains as his go to plumbers & About the third time I called Jeff to come out to check my plumbing he expressed his frustration by cussing at me.Saying"" fuck this and fuck that I will hang up on you lady"" is not the way to talk to tenants. It's Rude and very unprofessional..he was very rude and I WOULDN't recommend them to
my worst enemy.

We are also a first time customer with Just Drains. Today is a Sunday, and Tony came out to help us today. He called us back and said he'd be out here in 20 mins and he did just that. We had a backed up kitchen drain and got that taken care of within a half hour. They also have a 30 day warranty, which is amazing and is the first we've heard of from anywhere. Just Drains did a great job and we agree that their pricing is very fair!
