Sam was the only guy who responded to me on Sunday afternoon. He gave me a reasonable quote , and was there in the time he told me the next day.

He was very professional, and hydro jetted both of my lines with camera.

Definitely recommended if you're looking for a clean, honest mechanic.

Had a main sewer blockage. Rented a snake and couldn't get it cleared. Called a plumber and they couldn't get it cleared. Plumber recommended I get someone out to hydro-jet the line and so I searched Yelp for a local Burbank hydro-jet plumber. After I called late in the day around 4pm, they were able to come to my house in less than an hour. Cleared the drain and got the issue resolved.

I'd highly recommend this plumber for any job big or small. Professional, has experience, knows what they're doing, quick, reliable, and pricing was good as well. You always take a risk when you have home emergencies and need to find service. I am so glad to find Sam. From the initial call to service and billing I was not disappointed. Pleasant, fast, and efficient, what more can you ask for. The quote I felt was reasonable and there was no attempt to up charge. This time hydro jetting did the job and my drain is open. Sam answered all of my questions about the pipe condition, future maintenance and eventual needed repairs. He made reasonable suggestions for timing and cost that we can schedule to gradually bring our old drain line to where we won't need to worry about break downs any more.
As a homeowner it is good to find someone you can depend on when needed.

This review is more than a year in the making. There is not enough words to say how thankful I am for Sam's expertise and professionalism.

Back story:
Flashback to April 11th of 2020 during the height of the pandemic. My parents called me stating that the drains were not working, they could not use the bathroom or any other sink in the house. My parents are older and have my 93 year old grandmother living with them. I was not aware that they were using neighbors bathrooms for a week.

I called 5 different plumbing companies who promised they could hydro-jet or clear the sewer line for $450-$500. Once they came to the house they looked at the amount of stairs and basically walked away stating that they would need a team to come back and do the job for around $1600.

So as any worried Son would do, I dawned my tool belt, went to home depot and rented a motorized snake. I lugged it up all 22 steps and into the basement, dug out the sewer line cut the pipe and began trying to clear the sewer line. To no avail, I gave up after a day and called 2 more high rated plumbing businesses with many many review, which was the same story, they arrived, they saw the stairs they walked away with high price tag, not even inspecting the actual job.

Worried about my elderly parents and frustrated thinking nobody would help or that during this time, where money was strained already, I would have to pay $1500 for a clog... I began my search on yelp, yet again. I found this newer company owned by Sam with only a couple reviews. I took my chance and sent him a message. Mind you this was already on a Saturday at 6pm. Sam responded so quick to my message and called me right away. I explained to him the situation of not having an accessible trap, needing a hydro-jet, and that my parents during this time were in a bad place due to having to use neighbors facilities, especially during the peak of the pandemic and stay at home orders. Without any hesitation, Sam said he would be there in 45 minutes.

After Sam arrived, he alone came up to the basement, and fully inspected the location of the exposed and cut sewer pipe, which I made to gain access, Sam also ran his camera scope to actually see what was blocking the pipe. Not like the other ""High Rated"" plumbing companies who just eye-balled the house and the steps and walked away.

Sam by himself, lugged the equipment up the stairs, and got to work. Within minutes he was able to clear the entire sewer line from the house to the city main. He then inspected the pipe again with his camera to show me that it was perfectly clear again.

Sam brought all of the spare parts to create an accessible trap for the future. I told him that I would be able to do so, but was missing a clamp. Sam again without hesitation just gave me the clamp I needed to close things up.

Sam was starting out his business back then, and I glad to see that his business has grown, with so many happy customers. The ends Sam went to in order to get the job done during those hard times, especially at the great rate he quoted, a Thank you is not enough to show our gratitude.

Just Drain It Plumbing, all I can say is Reliable, Loyal to the Customer's needs, and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Also, beat every other plumbing service on price.

Okay.. so Sam is fantastic in every way. I was having a small get together and all of a sudden we realize my bathroom was flooding. What a freaking nightmare. So I hop on Yelp and find the nearest open plumbing and I basically am guided to this company. Lifesaver Sam shows up, (umm anyone seen such a handsome plumber before..!!) and literally fixes the issue ASAP and charges a great price. We were able to use the bathroom, the party was undisturbed.

Sam is professional, punctual and honest. I highly highly recommend him!! Now I know who to call as my go to guy if we ever need it.

Sam is a professional, friendly and helpful. We scheduled an appointment to 1) replace a drain pipe in our garage and 2) replace the hot water tank. Both completed perfectly and in a timely fashion. Costs were reasonable. Along the way, I also received lots of info about plumbing. Overall excellent experience and I would definitely ring Sam up if there's another situation

Sam was great! Showed up promptly and was able to diagnose the situation and unclog our lines within half an hour. Also gave some great advice about how to prevent the situation from recurring. (Hint: it had something to do with wipes).

Excellent all around. Sam answered my initial call immediately and came in less than 48 hours for a non-emergency job. Perfect communication and he was here in the 1 hour window quoted, with a call to update 45 minutes before arrival.

Assessed the problem using a photo that I texted, quoted job and then was able to adjust on the fly when job required a little more work than photo I gave revealed. Work was quick and excellent.

I called Just DrainIt Plumbing about my sewer line which was backing up. For any home owner, as you know, this is a nightmare situation. First, because of the stress of dealing with it, and secondly because of the fact that, in my experience, most plumbers are not very honest, and are looking to take advantage of a desperate situation. This leads to being charged a huge sum, for things that are not necessary.
I am so glad I found Sam and Just DrainIt! This will be the last time you ever have to search for another plumber. Sam is friendly, prompt, and HONEST! He arrived on time, was very kind to my kids and patiently explained to them what he was doing, and why. More importantly, he charges a FRACTION of the COST what other plumbers charge!
I do not usually leave reviews, but this experience compelled me do to just that.
