I called Just DrainIt Plumbing about my sewer line which was backing up. For any home owner, as you know, this is a nightmare situation. First, because of the stress of dealing with it, and secondly because of the fact that, in my experience, most plumbers are not very honest, and are looking to take advantage of a desperate situation. This leads to being charged a huge sum, for things that are not necessary.
I am so glad I found Sam and Just DrainIt! This will be the last time you ever have to search for another plumber. Sam is friendly, prompt, and HONEST! He arrived on time, was very kind to my kids and patiently explained to them what he was doing, and why. More importantly, he charges a FRACTION of the COST what other plumbers charge!
I do not usually leave reviews, but this experience compelled me do to just that.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and called Just Drain It. They were very courteous and detailed and friendly in their ascertation of the problem, which was due to the grout cracking and water getting through. They gave me options for what I should do, but the best part is, he didn't charge me for coming by! So I'll definitely be calling them when I get a new faucet to install. Couldn't be happier!

Sam was the first response I got on Yelp. He was the only one that provided an estimate too. After digging into the problem and things getting more complicated (due to my SEVERELY root-clogged drains) he provided me with several good options, advising me honestly with price and short vs long-term spending.

In the end he personally got the job done in only a few days with one other man and I can completely count on my house when the next heavy rain comes can down. I went from zero functionality in three drains, a poorly placed French drain next to the foundation, and a clogged old exit pipe (incorrectly leading off onto the neighbor's slope)--to 75 feet of new 4-inch sewer grade pipe rated to last 100 years. Plus multiple nearly invisible two-way cleanouts for easy future hydrojetting maintenance.

Note: I received replies from probably 3 or 4 other companies. One had the most reviews and (and excellent ones)... but none were as easy and straight up as Sam. I have to say l, I was very intimidated by how intrusive this work was going to be, and Sam treated my house and backyard like his own. Cliche but true. Thank you Sam!

I worked with Sam on multiple projects in the Burbank Area and he is always there to save the day. He answers the phone immediately and always shows up within a reasonable time to assess the situation. Sam and his team are super friendly and very professional. They tell us exactly what needs to be done with the scope of work and the estimates are always competitive. The best part about all of this is they get the job done right and in a timely fashion. Thank you Sam for coming to us on the holidays on a last second notice and taking care of the issue on hand. Sam is professional with great customer service skills. As most will, I was frantically searching for plumber to do a hydro jet on a moment's notice (the moment being walking out in the backyard and finding, well...my home in need of a hydro jet). I tried Sam and was appreciative not only for his availability but also talking to me over the phone about what should be done before coming over. This helped give me an expectation of time and cost, something other places just skip until they've arrived.

He finished the work in an hour or two, showed me on camera how the pipe looks half way through and once it was done, preventative ideas, and even dealt with my very annoying dog. I highly recommend Sam because not only does he do great work, he's friendly and informative all while solving problems!

Sam is an absolute gem--his business was fairly new when he hydro-jetted our main about a year back so when our hot water came out like a dry season creek I called him. He was prompt, diagnosed the problem immediately and did a 60% copper re-pipe the next day at a very reasonable price and finished the job before a winter sundown-can not recommend him highly enough!
