Wow. Can't say enough great things about Just Drain It Plumbing and Sam in particular. Our regular plumber became ill in the middle of a modest bathroom renovation and was unable to complete the job. I turned to YELP to find a replacement and contacted ten businesses I felt could complete the job competently. Sam was one of the first two to quickly get back to me with a fair quote and an immediate opening in his schedule. And literally by the time five of the remaining companies had gotten back to me, Sam had already COMPLETED the job. I seriously could not have asked for a nicer guy or more qualified work than that which we received from Just Drain It. Thanks again, Sam. You have gained a new loyal customer.

Yesterday I had a clogged sewer main in my single family home. I called Just Drain It because my old favorite plummer sold out to a huge company that forces expensive add-ons. Called at 8 am, talked to Sam and set up an appointment for 9:30 to 10:00 that same day. He showed up on time, explained my options and fixed my problem quickly, efficiently and at a very fair price. I highly recommend Just Drain It! They are courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, efficient and prompt. What more can a home owner ask for?

Simply said, Sam is the best. I had a drain problem in my house where waste from the kitchen sink was backing up in one of the showers. Not good, and I needed a fix. Called Sam up who was courteous and extremely professional answering all of my questions and concerns. He came over one hour after we spoke on the phone and assessed the problem. He gave me several options from doing a quick snake fix to replacing the original 70-year-old pipe that was most certainly the cause of the blockage. He had an associate come out and assist in replacing the old pipe and installing the new the same day. Not sure if you can get a PhD in plumbing but if there is such a degree, Sam definitely has the knowledge to carry that title. I will definitely use him again.

So happy I was able to find this company to fix the plumbing problem I was having. Sam did an amazing job cleaning the main sewage line at my home. There were roots and a rock stuck, and now it's all clean!

Highly recommend Just Drain It! They came and installed a new toilet for us and disposed of our old toilet. Very professional and quick service - kept the work area extremely neat and wore booties in the house. Were able to squeeze us in the next day after reaching out, which was great since what we were having done is not super high priority. Easy and straightforward estimate and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service and work quality.

Wonderful service!
I had a clogged toilet since last night and needed someone to come fix it asap. I reached out via Yelp for a quote, received the info and was able to call to set up an appointment right away. Luckily, Just Drain It Plumbing was available and arrived within 45 minutes of my call; he solved the problem within 10! Plus, Sam gave me helpful advice about how to avoid clogging going forward. Payment was super simple too, I received an email with an invoice a few hours later which I could pay via credit card online. highly recommend. my kitchen sink was clogged. sam was so nice and responded so quickly. he was here in 30 min and was done in 30 min. there was a tree root growing in the pipe 30 feet below. he removed it, gave me his recommendations to avoid future problems and wore a mask/took off his shoes without me even asking! will definitely use his services again when needed.

I host an Airbnb and we needed the pipe to be serviced since it's been multiple years and it had clogged before and we wanted to do a preventative measure. Sam had the best price offer to us. He had an availability the next day and was on time. He's very professional and kind. He took the time to let me know what service would be best for our rental property. Sam took his time and showed me the pipes and why he recommends the hydro jetting service to remove the roots. I am definitely calling him back for that service
