Recommended Customer Reviews

I have been waiting for a 5 days for them to call me back. The customer service. No one answers the phone EVER. You have to leave a message and hope they call back. Save your time and go somewhere else! I see the other reviews are similar.

Be careful. Was assigned Just Better by home warranty company. They gave me a window of 10am to 12pm on a Friday. They said they would call when tech was on the way. Guy showed up after 1pm. Never called. I told company that my PRV needed to be replaced. I even had the part they could use. They confirmed it was the PRV that needed replacing after 5 minutes on my property. Tech called the office and then told me he had to go to another job to help another tech move a hot water heater. I said that I had over 140 PSI water pressure in my house. I have the part to replace it or they could go to Home Depot or supply company to get same part because it didnt matter to me as long as same quality part was used. Every other plumbing company I have worked with goes and gets the part if they dont have it and comes back to fix it, especially in an urgent situation like over 140 PSI. Said they would come back tomorrow between 12 and 4pm to do job. I said I was very concerned about the water pressure and did not understand why they could not fix it that same day. I said if for whatever reason any of my hoses bursted or I had an issue that I was going to hold them responsible because they knew what the problem was, had the part to fix it but refused. I said that hopefully it can wait till tomorrow and nothing happens. The next day, they never showed. No one called either which is extremely unprofessional. I called on the Monday after to see what happened and they said that they canceled the service call because I """"threatened"""" the company. Be careful.

I guess I could start with the fact that they hardly answer the phone and the voiceover states NOT to leave a voicemail...even though they have a voicemail set up. I finally got in contact with them to see if I could have a timely heads up before the plumber arrived because I would be coming from work. The young lady told me a text would be sent and I could track the ETA. When I received the text, the ETA said 5 minutes! Shortly after I received a call from Jeff and as I was trying to explain to him that I wasn't close to my house, he cut me off and said """"you should've been at home!"""" Regardless of how things happened, you should NEVER speak to a customer in that manner especially when I wasn't disrespectful! My home warranty company chose them but I can see how they only have two stars! When I called to speak to the person in charge of sending this text, she hung up in my face! For the record I never asked the tech to wait on me! I simply was trying to explain to him that I requested a more advance notice!

Do not use!!!!! Rudest people!!!! Before you say you can't find anything the order may be under my spouses name. This is one of the worst experiances I've ever had. I had to file a claim through my home warranty due to my water heater not working. The technician came out and told me that we would get a new water heater. The warranty company only authroized the repair but ok. A different technichian came out almost 4 hours after the initial time to perform the repair but the problem was not resolved. I called the Main office and was told that the first tech has been suspended because he kept telling people that they would replace water heaters without authorizations and that the repair not fixing the issue is normal when dealing with home warranties because they have to come out multiple times and repair multiple parts before the warranty compay will replace the water heater. I just want hot water. She then begame to bad mouth the warranty company and told me that they will tell us whatever we want to hear. She also stated that she has to """"get in their face"""" at times to get issues resolved. She even told me that they are """"having to work on the technician's customer service skills"""" for the tech that came to my house. I then explined that the part is just as dirty and worn down as the old one and she told me that sometimes they take parts off of old units. She then told me that I would have to call the home warranty people again so they can shedule another service call. I was then being told that I would either have to take off from work again or leave my house open so the plumber can come into my home without me being there. I told them that was not acceptable so they told me that if I didn't want to do that then I would have to wait. I've already had to go two weeks without hot water. I finally got them to send the plumber back out and they told me that my water heater is working correctly. I tried to explain to them that when I turn my hot water on it is only warm at best and that I can only run approx 2 inches of water before it gets cold. He again told me that was normal. I tried to explain to him that for the last 6 months that I have lived here it has never been like that. That's when he told me that he was a master plumber and that I bought the house, I should have known better and left because I was wanting to augure with him.

This is the WORST company to work with! I would HIGHLY recommend you AVOID them completely! They will NEVER pick up their phone and are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with. PLEASE AVOID!!

I wish I could give them negative or no stars. Warranty Company called them on 7/29 a guy Jeff shows up and looks at my leak and immediately said that it was a caved in pipe underground and it would $1500. The. He proceeds to cut my water off at the street and the main source inside. I repeatedly asked him since u cut it off at the street will i still have water if i turn on the one in the house. He kept saying yes. So He sayS he could do it 7 /30(sat) and never answered the phone nor responded to texts like the answering machine says they would. Oh if it's an emergency press 9. Did that and the lady on the recording was saying to cut water off at the street. No one called me back til after 12pm on 8/1. Here we are @904 pm and they are still digging in front of my yard to find this """"busted/caved in"""" pipe that is under ground. When clearly it's leaking from the actual pipe in the basement and you can actually see it leaking from there. Endless to say they can't find the leak outside but they want me to pay $1500 for the job that is covered by the insurance and that isn't the problem. They didn't even come to the basement to fix that leak yet. TRASH TRASH TRASH. Oh and the lady Keena said she couldn't call me back due to an oil change appointment and then a flat tire. I told her that was not my concern. My original appointment was Thursday 8/4 until I had a few """"nice"""" words with her.

This company was recommended by my warranty company. At the onset, they seem like they are eager to bring on new customers. Their answering machine spoke as if they applied all golden rules of business. With it being close to a holiday, I reached out a few days before. I was expecting maybe a two or three day wait. Instead, despite having an answering service that prides itself on handling emergencies, I was given a full week of wait time for service from them. Of course I declined. I always critique companies like this right of the bat as soon in order to see how they are servicing particular neighborhoods. I called my Warranty Company immediately to work with someone else more accommodating.

I had this company out several times on warranty work. Problems too many to list. Leak under toilet and repairman laid a bead of caulk at base. When I questioned him about the underlying issue just said caulk would fix. Kept leaking. Faucets continued to drip and finally had to call in a plumber out of pocket. I know warranty work doesn't make a lot of money but when warranty runs out customers will look elsewhere. Even if referred by a homeowner's warranty ask for someone else.

Probably, the worst service I ever received. He came to check a couple leaks. I told him the shower was leaking. He tighten some things and I said is it leaking still. He stated it's not leaking has much what's the next issue. So I told him my garage wall has a leaking from the main pipe every-time they shut the water in the residents. He said nothing wrong with it because he couldn't see a leak at the moment even though there was clearly evidence of water in the garage. Also a mold inspector informed me that a rush of water occurs when the water is shut off which needs to have a pipe fix. Afterwards, I informed him that I need somebody else to look at it and he was fine and ran out the house.

Jeff arrived to my home late. At first I was informed that they wouldn't show up at all and then I received a text message that he was on his way. When he arrived, I confronted him about his late arrival and he said I called the office quite a lot and that he doesn't have to do anything for me. I dismissed it and allowed him to do the work. He did the work adequately and then told me I owed him$280, when I inquired what for he stated for non covered items. I replied that the warranty company said that I would have to pay for plumbing modifications, but I didn't see any modifications. He pointed to the flex pipe he installed as plumbing modifications. I voiced my objection and he said he'll have to sue me to recover. I reluctantly paid it and he left. I think the water heater job was ok, but his tardiness and misrepresentation of the charges made the whole experience inadequate.
