Steve is the top of our list when we need any home repairs. He's fixed our living room ceiling under a former plumbing leak, replaced the blinds our cleaning lady accidentally broke, replaced our noisy bathroom ceiling fans and much more.

He's courteous, on-time, and communicates very well, always keeping us informed.

Steve does his job the way I do mine, and doesn't consider it done unless I'm 100% satisfied. He's the kind of contractor people share with their friends, but not necessarily with every neighbor.

The lighting fixture that Steve installed for me is beautiful. He did an awesome job. He was on time, had a mask on, was quiet, neat, efficient and a man of his word. This is how I like my contractors. Honest, trustworthy and on time. Will definitely call him again for my next project!

Had him attach a railing. I told him that I had plaster walls, he did not bring a stud finder with him. There are a lot of extra holes in my wall. He wasn't going to plaster the holes at first. He told me what kind of plaster to buy. I questioned how many holes? That is when he did a half-assed job of plastering them. Won't call again!
