I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings here on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. The company truly deserves five stars. Wish that more companies operated this way.

I called and got a verbal estimate for a water heater replacement and they were $600 higher than the company I went with ($300 higher than Lowe's) so they weren't very competitive price-wise. The phone rep I spoke with was not very reassuring or positive. When I questioned the price he went into a diatribe about all the things they needed to do that justified their price. He also said that work couldn't be performed until the building permit was completed and that it could take up to 12 days before I had hot water again. I felt like he relished giving me bad news. In reality, in an emergency situation like this I found out a completed permit isn't necessary before work is started. My water heater replacement was finished yesterday and I just got the permit application notarized today. But the highest price alone would discourage me from calling them for another job.

The guys from Just plumbing were excellent. They replied right away on Yelp over the weekend. They came prepared for the job on Monday with the part they needed to replace since I had sent the picture. Great communication courteous, and very neat.
