Yes, ALL of the reviews that you see are REAL! Jurguen came to our home to give an estimate and clearly explained everything he saw that was wrong, why it was wrong, and his approach to fixing it. His pleasant professionalism reeled me and my spouse right on in. Although I had received two other estimates, Jurguen appeared to be the best fit and wow were we right about him. As Jurguen and his apprentice, Gavino, began the project, he discovered other things that needed repairing, upgrading, or were out of code. He didn't make-up things to pad his pocket, they were definitely legitimate. We were appreciative that Jurguen cared enough to give us the option of fixing the connected problems, in order to extend the life of the work that he had given us the estimate for. EVERYTHING that Jurguen said he would do, he did it thoroughly and cleanly. His number is stored in my phone and his business card is in my file, because I WILL BE referring him to anyone who needs a great and honest plumber. This man is a natural born teacher, and we are grateful to have found him. Thank you ever so much Jurguen, and ALL THE BEST to you and your loved ones.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Today is the 5th time I've used Jurguen's Plumbing and I feel so fortunate that I have found such an honest, dependable plumber. I had a plumbing emergency that required immediate attention. I called Jurguen at 6:50pm, and he was literally at my door at 7:25pm. And I'm extremely appreciative because when we spoke, I could hear that he was busy with his family, yet he took the time to quickly come and resolve my plumbing emergency. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years, and I've never met a plumber who does such good, clean work, as Jurguen does, and as a germaphobe myself, this is a huge deal! This guy knows the job well and is able to quickly diagnose problems and fix them, and is extremely reasonably priced. And he's always friendly and professional. Jurguen's Plumbing will always get my business! Thanks Jurguen!

We were on family vacation and when we got back we found out our water heater rumbling loudly whenever we used the hot water, which confused us. We called Jurguen's Plumbing and he was able to come thru within an hour cause he was in the area. Jurguen fixed several issues related to the original installation, and took time to teach us about the new heater. Awesome service, had a smooth time working with him.

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did. Marvelous job, good man, great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire. I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off. Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time, without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more . Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work . Very respectful and professional too. He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself. Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.
