Jurguen and his team were great. I originally called him to check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly, and he quickly figured out it was actually a main line issue. The first plumber I hired didn't do a thorough job snaking the main pipe--Jurguen found even more debris that needed to be cleared. The previous plumber had also recommended hydro jetting, which would've only made the problem worse. Jurguen snaked the line properly and used a camera to find the real issue--a broken section of my main pipe to the city. He and his crew came by and got it replaced quickly with no issues. Super professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I have two Navien tankless water heaters that are five years old. A good friend recommended getting them flushed and serviced. Great tip, especially if your water source is rich with minerals. Jurguen is now my go-to plumber for all future work. I walked him through several other problem areas in the house which he fixed on the spot with another two more that we will schedule to be done in the next few weeks.

Jurguen is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing.

I had a few plumbing issues suddenly arise , as most plumbing issues do, and Jurguen came out immediately to assess the issue. He was very informative and explained to me what needed to be done and why. He was able to fix all my plumbing issues in a timely, cleansing manner. Yes, ALL of the reviews that you see are REAL! Jurguen came to our home to give an estimate and clearly explained everything he saw that was wrong, why it was wrong, and his approach to fixing it. His pleasant professionalism reeled me and my spouse right on in. Although I had received two other estimates, Jurguen appeared to be the best fit and wow were we right about him. As Jurguen and his apprentice, Gavino, began the project, he discovered other things that needed repairing, upgrading, or were out of code. He didn't make-up things to pad his pocket, they were definitely legitimate. We were appreciative that Jurguen cared enough to give us the option of fixing the connected problems, in order to extend the life of the work that he had given us the estimate for. EVERYTHING that Jurguen said he would do, he did it thoroughly and cleanly. His number is stored in my phone and his business card is in my file, because I WILL BE referring him to anyone who needs a great and honest plumber. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Today is the 5th time I've used Jurguen's Plumbing and I feel so fortunate that I have found such an honest, dependable plumber. I had a plumbing emergency that required immediate attention. I called Jurguen at 6:50pm, and he was literally at my door at 7:25pm. And I'm extremely appreciative because when we spoke, I could hear that he was busy with his family, yet he took the time to quickly come and resolve my plumbing emergency. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years, and I've never met a plumber who does such good, clean work, as Jurguen does, and as a germaphobe myself, this is a huge deal! This guy knows the job well and is able to quickly diagnose problems and fix them, and is extremely reasonably priced. And he's always friendly and professional.
