Had a hot water pipe break under my house. Called Jupiter Plumbing and they said they cannot get there for two days. So I had to shut off water to house. Then the night before they call and tell me they cant come until next Tuesday a week later. Now I wasted two days waiting for them and have to find another plumber. They obviously do not know what SERVICE means.

If you have an emergency leak do not call these people. They have rescheduled us twice and our water bill goes up over a $100.00 every time they do. We can not afford a $200.00 a month water bill because they can't get out here. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I called on 7/25/2013 to set up an appointment for an estimate for a plumbing issue. I talked with the owners wife and she said her husband would be able to come out on Tuesday the 30th and would call in the a.m. No call by 10:30 so I called the office and was informed he could not come out until Friday (8/9/2013. Very poor customer service not to call or show up after the owners wife stated how reputable the company is. Thanks for wasting my day.

Once again Jupiter Plumbing came through and saved the day. Sadly I have needed them more times than I like to admit and they always come through. The first time I used them I had 4 other plumbers come out to fix a drain problem and the others could not find it. JP said they weren't going to leave until they fixed it. And they did - in a reasonable amount of time. This time a 3 year old put a small spray bottle down the toilet and flushed, jamming it in the toilet. It was a struggle for Mike to get it out so much so that at one point he didn't think he would and said I am going to keep trying but you might want to start preparing yourself to buy a new toilet. And then voila- he got it out. Highly recommend Jupiter Plumbing. I have used them around 10 times in the last 4 1/2 years and have only positive things to say about them. Absolutely the rudest company I have ever dealt with on a professional level. The girl who answers the phone should be reprimanded for how she treats customers. We are doing an extensive remodel of a home on the ocean and she said they do not provide estimates, they need all model numbers of toilets and that they do not do anything over the phone. I would strongly suggest that the plumbers working for this company fire the receptionist and answer the phone as they are losing thousands of dollars of business and no one is that good to turn away a paying customer. I would have given zero stars but then could not post the review. By the way, this is the second time I have tried to hire this company and the second time I was turned away. Wow! Unbelievable! Wouldn't trust them at all!!!!!

This is one of the most unprofessional companies i have ever dealt with. Breana literally hung up on me. Seems she could use a class on customer service skills. Their billing is insanely high and not clear. They came out multiple times and never fixed the issue, yet had no problem billing for it. Will NEVER use them again.

Our home contains two electric water heaters, a 40 gal lowboy and a 40 gal tall water heater. The Kenmore lowboy was 9 years old and leaking badly. The Rudd tall heater was 14 years old so both needed to be replaced. Two (2) plumbers showed up within 5 minutes of their scheduled arrival - Dave worked on removal and replacement of the lowboy while Mike worked doing the same to the tall heater in our garage. Both gentlemen were polite, friendly and very professional. Approximately an hour and a half later, both were done and the work performed was completed and billed exactly as originally quoted. Casey (sp) in the office is also recognized for her excellent customer service. We thank Jupiter Plumbing for their excellent service.

Had an actual appointment for last Friday. When I called in the morning for an Estimated arrival time the receptionist said,"""" no one will be coming to your home today..we have an emergency."""" Trying to be sound sane, while dealing with a broken toilet, I asked for another appointment for Monday. Answer , """" no we are booked for Monday."""" You can try another plumber or wait until Tuesday. At this point I had waited 7 days for an appointment. I called a responsive plumber. Run from Jupiter Plumbing as fast as you can. Yes, I was a previous customer. Just the worst customer service.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!! I have NEVER left a review whether good or bad but Jupiter Plumbing should come with a warning label. BREANA, the manager, is the rudest, most condescending, unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to in all my 31 years of existence. I called this company one morning right as they first opened. They insisted that before they I could even set an appointment I had to place my credit card on file and when the plumber came it would be $140 an hour. That should have been my first red flag. I ask for the appointments anyway because I was desperate, they told me the plumber would be they are in the morning and gave me no specific time before they hung up. I waited until 2 PM and when I didn't see anyone I called back and inquired where the plumber was. Breana then proceeded to tell me that they have a tracking device in all of their vehicles and that the plumber has been there for the past 30 minutes. I told her I've been here all day and no one has shown up. She insists that they were there and so I walked outside and low and behold there is the plumber sitting in his van and have not come on site. I tell this to Brianna but I do fact see the plumber, however if they had been here for 30 minutes they were not working on the site, they were in the van the entire time. She began it's to hurl insults at me and then proceeds to tell me that she's going to pull her plumber. I tell her ma'am I am not disputing your tracking devices all I'm saying is that the plumber if he had been here for 30 minutes did not come for the job yet. Breana then begins to hurl profanities at me and at that point is when I started to get fed up and said to her at this point Your lack of professionalism I would never recommend this place to even my enemy. Jupiter plumbing will make you put your credit card on file and charge you $140 an hour and then will order parts and or material without you even approving the cost and tell you it's a take it or leave it type of service. Use at your own risk. You can't say you weren'
