Requested a quote regarding bathroom sink leak. Top area, near the gasket/sink drain, showed signs of use-dependent leakage. Got a call and agreed to have someone look at it the next day. Technician arrived and I was given a quote via iPad. Services are charged by type, not hourly rate. After examining the sink, technician (Will) had to go to the store for a replacement part. Installed the new part and showed me the old, broken, and non-repairable part. I thus had a new non-leaking sink within approximately 1 hour from start to finish (30 mins for actual repair). Invoice was sent and I paid via check, as credit card has a 5% transaction fee. I was also offered a complimentary review of my other sinks and was shown what work he recommended. I asked for and was given a quote for these as I plan to repair these at a later time since they were not actively leaking. He did not try to convince me to repair these at this time. Afterwards, we thanked each other and were on our way.

Whole process was fairly straight forward, was not pushy and did not try to sell me on repairs. Will, my technician, was great, constantly communicative, and educated me on the whole process. I live in a condominium complex at this time and plan to use them again in the future.

Other details:
$243 for repair of sink drain, included cost of trap, sink drain, and pop up assembly.

Excellent service- not pushy on unnecessary sale like some other companies that like to play on the fear, uncertainty, doubts of customers. Plumber that came was nice and courteous. They put on booties which was very much appreciated. They explained what they were going to do and were much quicker than I expected. They use iPads to get quick quotes from their headquarters which is great so there is not much wait in the initial assessment vs starting work, however it would be great to have more transparency into the cost breakdown of each job. How much am I paying for parts, labor, etc would be great to know because most times these contractors seem to just come up with a number and they expect you to take their word for it that is what everything costs. I realize there is profit for them to be made, this is a business of course, but it'd be great as a consumer to know I'm not overpaying either. You can also pay by card but there is a 5% added fee to the total. Something to keep in mind if you are budget conscience and trying to compare apples to apples with other plumbers. Given everything, I'd definitely call them back for any other issue in my home. Recommending them to the folks in my HOA as well- a group of over 800 homes. While they did come out and look at the job, for about a second, it then took several days to receive their quote. Once we did get it, it was almost 3 times the next highest bid we'd received. Also, the lady that I talked to originally and that called back to see if we were going to use them is quite rude and didn't seem to care when I told her how much higher their price was than anyone else's.

Junior's Plumbing earned the recommendation I was given. I called them about a leaky toilet that I was unable to fix with a simple seal replacement. The technician arrived the next morning on schedule. He clearly diagnosed the problem, explained the options, and quoted a firm, satisfactory price for the repair. The work was done quickly and neatly. I will call Junior's Plumbing Services for future work, and recommend you do the same.

Junior's really comes through! One of the most frustrating parts of any real estate career is dealing with contractors. Contractors are historically unreliable.

Juniors installed a sink in my island and did a wonderful job. I believe Mike did the installation and was very pleased with his work. He was prompt, courteous, very neat and professional. I had waited to have the sink installed as a few plumbers were not sure how they were going to route all the lines but Mike was able to do everything without a problem. Mike was incredible. He came and figured out nothing could be done without spending a certain amount which as a tenant is way beyond me. He wrote an estimate I could give to my Landlord. I used Junior's Plumbing when I lived in Woodbridge years ago, and when I had issues with my new house in Spotsy Joe was the first Plumber that came to mind. I had remembered what great service I received and how professional Joe was at my Woodbridge home. So when I had a upstairs shower leaking into the room below, I called Junior's. Joe came out the next morning and quickly identified the problem, the drain had separated from the shower pan. Joe repaired the drain and my wife who was there told me (I was at work getting the scope of things second hand) that Joe was very polite, professional and did a great job fixing our plumbing issue at a very reasonable price.

There is some history between Joe and I, I went through high school and was friends with his father, so I wont pretty up anything and I'll be honest about the following. When my wife and I discovered that we still had a leak from the shower, of course we called Juniors. I did mention above that Joe did a great job on the drain, and he did, it wasn't leaking from the drain and the leak was smaller. They sent a tech. out the next day, and once again I receiving info second hand due to being at work. My wife calls me crying that the tech. is tearing the house apart. I'm thinking it cant be that bad, I know that you have to take drywall down to find leaks. I calmed her down and asked her to walk away and let the tech do his job. After opening up my ceiling, cutting a hole in the bathroom wall, and busting out 4 tile on the soaking tub, the tech found the leak in the pan of the shower. Being that I'm the type of person that acts before I thinks, I was pissed, especially about the tile. It ended up that there was some tension between Joe and I and I actually accused Joe of cracking the pan. Joe came over to house and he spoke to me calmly. We looked at the pan and right then I thought to myself that maybe I was wrong. Joe gave me the number of a man that does these types of repairs, Henry. When Henry came out to look at the pan he recognized the brand of shower unit and told he was surprised it hadn't leaked on me sooner. That Saturday Henry started work on pan and discovered it had been leaking for some time, before Joe fixed the drain. I made a mistake, but Joe handled the entire affair professionally, even though I could tell he was upset about being accused. The bottom is that even through all this, Juniors is my go to plumber. Don't waste your time and money using another plumber, use Junior's.

Side note: I hope I never meet the tech that damaged my tile, that's the reason for 4 stars. :)

I was referred to them through AHS. I did not hear from them after 24 hours so I checked in with AHS to see if I was on their radar. They called Junior's and said I was scheduled for tomorrow 4-6pm. Junior's called me the next day with questions. Then the woman said they'll see me tomorrow. I stated that AHS said the appointment was today. She said that AHS said the appointment is tomorrow. I told her that the call was yesterday so today is tomorrow. She apologized for the confusion and said she told the AHS rep Friday, not Thursday.

It's Friday, they were a no-call/no-show.
