I've used this company for a number of my condominiums that I own in the Egg Harbor Township area...... I called today and got this unbelievable answer "" we're too busy and we don't do air conditioning issues"" really because last week you handled two of them for me.....Thank you Patty... And the companies I will call for the rest of my units will be very happy as well....Wow...

Called ask for Jr to come out and look at water heater in camper. Was told Jr was in the Poconos I said I will wait for him to get back app was made for Nov 3th Jr never showed up but one of his trainee did. I told them my pilot light will not stay lit which means thermo coupling most of the time. He had to go get one. riding on my time. After a while he said I need a new one around a thousand dollars. Then charged me $266.00d dollars. Was here 1and a half hours doing nothing, After he lelf I looked and seen there is a shut off shit on back of unit was on off position. Also drain plug was blown out meaning there was NO water in tank which would also stop pilot from lighting. I am very disappointed in the co I trusted was this unprofessnal. I would never recommend them.

Tried fixing shower myself which turned into a disaster. Junior's was there within an hour and took care of problem quickly. Will definitely use again!

Sorry. We liked them and used them for several plumbing jobs. Then they botched an HVAC split system which was incorrectly installed. The disappointing part is that they knew it. Service visits ignored the problem. Then the roof unit blew over in the wind.from being improperly installed.


So heed this advice and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other plumbers in the area. Ones who know what they are doing and will stand by their work.

A review of Junior's Mechanical Service of Atlantic County, NJ

Being a student of Engineering for over 50 years, I have never come across a group of mechanical experts that are this efficient and a so terribly honest group of people. I cannot stress how great they are.

Back story: About 2013, the A/C Compressor needed repair and a local HVAC service was contacted. A ""Technician/Salesman""(?) was sent out and stated that a whole new HVAC system is required costing about $6,500+. This clearly sounded like a rip-off !!!

Shortly thereafter, while in a Carrabba's restaurant, the Manager overheard our conversation about Air Conditioning compressor issues we had at the house. He quickly recommended Junior's. They were contacted, came out quickly and repairs were accomplished very shortly thereafter, and accurately. Junior's bill was about $1,200. Right on the money!

Two years later, we had the Gas Furnace/AC Evaporator and Gas Water Heater (over 20 years old) replaced, big bucks $$$. Here's the catch: I used an extensive and highly touted Repair Estimating software to find what it should cost. To my surprise, Junior's final bill was actually $38 less than my accurate estimate. We couldn't get the checkbook fast enough!

Just pure honesty in this day and age !!! Any questions!
