He didn't have the part or access so we had someone pick it up in Tupelo and bring to us. Plumber returned the next morning and one hour later and with our assistance the problem was fixed. Our grand total was $300 dollars yes that's right $300 dollars. Talk about taking advantage of women that is exactly what he did. So unless you like to just pay in excess don't use him. Rip Off
