This company does not know how to install water heaters properly! They did not tighten the gas line and I have a major gas leak! This has been going on for a year and we didn't know until my house was inspected! This explains my sons mystery headaches and stomach aches he's had for months now! BEWARE!

The job involved replacing 3 outdoor faucets. In the process the guys chipped off pieces of the siding, caused a crack in the siding, and scratched the new faucets all to heck. On top of that they charged us an hour of travel time for 2 plumbers to come less than 2 miles. I will never hire Judson's Plumbing again!

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. The work was completed fine. They charged me twice as much as I had been told, I unhappily mailed them a check. Six months later I call for a new service and they just realize that they never got my check (ie: they lost it). They then call me a liar on the phone and question whether I even sent the check. DO NOT HIRE. The high price is frustrating but the complete disrespect and poor book keeping is unacceptable.

Had Judsons out twice recently to finalize some things like running a new gas line for our kitchen remodel. The folks the sent out were courteous and helpful both times. Even helped take the time to fit the new stove into position.

Deceptive billing! Beware. Called, woman said $96 per hour (already more expensive than the going rate but wanted job done quick and they had an opening). Plumber here for 40"" (I watched the clock). Got the bill for 1.25 hours? Called they said they charge for travel time. But I live 4 blocks from judsons! How does that take 35 minutes? Well I got charged for the time it took the tech to ""stock his truck"" also. They refused to remedy the problem. I was never informed of travel time and restocking fees.
