As others have reviewed, unprofessional from the start. I was assigned this company from my home warranty and have had a difficult time dealing with this plumbing company. The customer service rep yelled at me, after I called since the plumber was 1.5 hrs late to the appointment (scheduled for 9-11 window, but technician arrived at 1240pm). Can't blame the technician since he is probably overworked, but can blame the establishment for lack of proper training and professionalism.

Long story short, the tech was not able to resolve the issue, and I had to call another plumber last minute

I wish there was ZERO star. So far 68 reviews and 42 has 1 star and today, after they visited my house, I can understand why. Customer service was not satisfactory and I thought hopefully the plumber will do a good job but that didn't happen either.
The came to my house through home warranty program to fix kitchen garbage disposal issue, plumber replaced the garbage disposal and didn't bother to test it. When we used it, the water was not draining. I called them immediately and explain the situation. They said open a new work order with your insurance. Next day, they came back for new work order and the plumber checked the leak and left in 1 minute. Yes, he didn't bother to work according to the work order/complaint. Now Judieh is asking me for another work order. I think that's how they make money.
Poor customer service and poor skills of the plumber. They didn't complete the job and didn't bother to test what they work on. I will NEVER use them and will not recommend them either.

Wish I could give -5 stars! Don't wast your time calling this company! Was given the window 1-3pm, Luis shows up at 2:58, yes technically on time but come on! When we called told them upstairs bathroom shower had a leak! Tell me why this so called professional shows up with out a ladder? Had to borrow my ladder, WTF? To view leak they needed to cut downstairs ceiling (while using my ladder), in so doing ceiling particles (dry wall) where falling down and falling on my floor and TV ledge. So called plummer left with out cleaning up!
Heed my warning people go else where. Even if home insurance send them, ask for a 2nd referral! Save your self the head-ache!

I don't know how Judieh Plumbing stays in business. Judieh is used by my home warranty company but they should be removed from the list. It isn't fair to customer to have to experience such inferior customer service. I've already had two major issues with Judieh sending out incompetent technicians that come out and do nothing but expect to collect a service fee. I didn't want to use them the second time but Judieh was the only company with a camera to determine what was causing the plumbing stoppage. Once at my house, they informed me that the toilet would have to be removed to take pictures in the pipeline (they gave me 3 different prices). Of course I was notified at that point that the warranty didn't cover the additional $185 so I was out of pocket. I was fine with this because I was promised a copy of the video and report. After 2 weeks, I hadn't received the video. I called and was told that I would have to pay extra for the video. To add insult to injury, I started smelling an odd odor in my bathroom and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. My new toilet that I installed in 2013 was removed on 2/24/16 and not reinstalled properly so there is a brown liquid leaking from the bottom of the toilet. I don't understand how they can ignore customer concerns/complaints and actually mock you when you try to escalate the issue. This company deserves -1 star...not even a zero describes the pain i've experience with such an incompetent company. I will also take more time to report Judieh Plumbing to the BBB. I don't want this to happen to other people.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! From the office staff to the plumbers, all the way to the owner. STAY AWAY! A few months ago,a plumber from Judieh Plumbing came out and said that my problems with my faucets were not covered because I had sediment build up and the home warranty doesnt cover that. The plumber left, leaving me with leaking faucets. I talked to my home warranty who said my plan does cover sediment build up and to call the plumbing company back. After leaving several messages with no return calls, I finally spoke to a lady named Deana in the office. Who the hell would hire someone like her? She has ZERO customer service skills, treated me like I did something wrong and was very aggressive with me, practically yelling at me. She told me that I could call my warranty company and offered no help and acted like I was interrupting her day to have to answer my phone call. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and was told he would call me back. The owner's name is Mousa (who by the way NEVER CALLED ME BACK). One of my friends also has used this plumbing company and Mousa (the so called owner) was the technician that came out. Mousa completely screwed up my friend's bathroom, made the leak worse than it was, then tried to patch the holes. It looks like a 4 year old tried to patch the walls. When I talked to the office lady Nelza, she was really rude, also gave me an attitude and hung up on me. I don't know how this company is still in business, let alone approved to work for a home warranty company. It is only a matter of time before this joke of a business will no longer exist,

I wish I had read these reviews before accepting this plumbing company to fix my leaky water heater expansion tank. They already have pretty bad reviews so not sure if it matters to them or my home warranty company.
My expansion tank started leaking last week on Tuesday night and I put in the online call to the warranty company. They came out the same day i.e. Wednesday and said they didn't have the part and will return with the part on The following Tuesday. The plumber who came out did nothing to stop the leak even made it worst during his inspection. His only solution offered was to shut off the water to the water heater and live without hot water for a whole week. Water was leaking for the whole week and I had to come up with a make shift system with aluminum party trays to catch the leaky water into buckets that I had to empty every few hours.

Finally the plumber comes out on Tuesday (today) and installs a new expansion tank. Wife tells me he had to make at least two trips to the Home Depot to buy more parts. He did not even have/use a ladder and it's beyond me how anyone can stand on a little ledge and solder the pipes. Well perhaps that is why the solder job looks like an amateur job and it started leaking just after a few hours of the plumber leaving our house. He did not reattach the flue on top of the water heater and left a lot of junk on top of it.

I am already out the service fee of $75 to AHS and have never felt cheated this way in a long time. I called AHS at 6pm PST and they say, they have to wait 2hrs for the vendor to get back to them for an expedite service. I call back at 9pm and they are already closed. Calls to the plumbing company go unanswered after hours.

Worst service I have received from a service company ever.
I will post photos of the poor solder job and the debris left on top of the water heater shortly.

STAY AWAY FROM THS COMPANY.

I wish there was a way to give a place zero stars. Fidelity Home Warranty sent this company to my house to fix a low pressure issue. They had to come out 4 times. 1st time to tell me it was the stems. Then they came out to tell me to cut a hole in the wall but they couldn't wait for us to cut the hole in the wall and that we would have to reschedule. Hole in the wall cut and they called at the end of my 2 hour window to tell me they were not coming. The office staff uses ""let me call a supervisor"" as some stupid band aid to help diffuse a situation. Basically you sit on hold until they get bored and tell you the supervisor is unavailable. Finally, they send someone out and the issues wasn't the pipes it was the fixture. 4 visits and a massive hole in my wall to tell me I have to buy and I install a new shower head. And even after doing that the guy they sent still can't manage to install the shower handles correctly TO CODE. The shower handles turn up not down. Are you kidding me? I finally told the guy to get out. I have call in to Fidelity to have them send out a different plumbing company to have them not only check this guys work but to install the stems for the handles correctly. Never again. The saving grace is that Fidelity has been wonderful to work with and willing to help where they can. This plumbing company is a nightmare to work with.

Eek! Methings not.

A person named Louis was scheduled to help us out with our home by our home insurance. Not the best experience I've had. Requested to change the service request to be helped by another plumbing service company. Wouldn't recommend these guys for our next help with plumbing.

If I could rate this company with ZERO STARS I would. BEWARE!! American Home Shield sent this company to my house to fix a leak. I was left two large holes in the drywall of my upstairs hallway and NO drywall left in the ceiling of the water closet downstairs. Judieh Plumbing is claiming that this work was not done by them - that I must have contracted ANOTHER company to cut holes in my house. No one will repair them. This company is a disgrace. They left my house worse off than when they arrived!

I was having an issue with my garbage disposer. Home warranty company referred me to this place. First of all they couldn't give me an appointment till next week and today was a Monday. Well on the day of the appointment the guy never showed up! He never called or nothing. Extremely unprofessional. I called their office to find out where he was but they were ""out to lunch"". I left a message and they never called me back either!!!! This company is a fucking joke....the only reason I gave them a one star is because I can't give them a zero..that's what this company is...zero.
