I don't normally send in reviews, but I had to comment on Roman who was sent from my home warranty company. He was so pleasant and honest and resolved the problem with my shower. If I have another issue, I will definitely contact Judieh Plumbing and will ask for Roman!

Incompetent and liars. Do not let them into your home.

I was referred Judieh plumbing to fix my leaking toilet by my home warranty company. The ""technicaina"" came to my house in his personal car without any tools. Took a quick look, and said he needed to order a part that I could easily buy at Home Depot. After a week of calls and waiting for them to get this so-called part, they said they could not fix the toilet.

They rarely answer the phone, and the operators are really rude. They just want to get money from the warranty company, and never had intention of fixing the toilet.

I nearly had to call 911...to get this plumber out of my house!! Every other year or so, I have to have a plumber come back and install a part to my shower upstairs in my master bath. Why they don't really fix it so it stays fixed, I'll never know. Fidelity Home Warranty seems to have only two plumbers available-and they both stink. Worse of the two (Hurst being the other one) is Judieh Plumbing and, specifically Roman. The lies....oh the lies. He was called out (AGAIN) to fix the shower part as it slowly goes from full strength to barely a drip! This was the 6th time that they have ""fixed"" it. Same part. AGAIN, they said they had to order a part. I told them they can get it on Amazon and it can be here the next day. NOPE-they FINALLY got around to picking it up a week later-meanwhile we cannot use that shower at all. (Same happened in all of the several times we've had the same part ordered-it takes a week or two to get it. Again, Amazon can get the part to you OVER NIGHT.) Well, this time, they were also tasked and APPROVED to clear a toilet clog, fix a leaky toilet, and unblock a very slow running sink. So, Ramon comes out, snakes out the toilet (removes a small rag stuck in the pipe) and says ""I have to DENY this service."" WHAT???? You just fixed it. He said it was loaded with baby wipes. There has NEVER been a baby in this house-ever! Then, on to the leaky toilet-he said the floor was uneven! We've been in this house for 13 years and no one has ever claimed the floor to be uneven. I took a level and showed him where he was WRONG. He should have removed the toilet to ensure the wax ring was still good. He never get around to snaking out the clogged sink. Nope-he flew out of here like he was on fire. I had also told him that he was WRONG about the toilet clog being baby wipes-(I still have the picture of the small rag he removed.) He also FINALLY installed the same part they have installed several times before, only, I watched him from my bed as I could see his reflection in the shower door so he could not see me. He was ""whittling"" away at the part-so I'm guessing it was the wrong part and he ""whittled"" it down so it would fit. The shower now runs very little cold water and you nearly scald yourself if you're not careful. These guys are in such a hurry to get out of your house, you'd think they were intentionally rude so you would be happy to get rid of them. They are the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They lie about the work being ""not on contract""-even though they APPROVE ALL OF THE WORK BEFORE THEY COME!! They lie to get out of doing something so they can run to yet another job and rip off another homeowner. NEVER, EVER, EVER use this plumber-he was so rude at the end and kept lying; I had to finally threaten to call the police to get him to leave!

Believe the 1 star reviews. These people are awful. Don't put yourself through the aggravation of dealing with them. If Fidelity assigns them to your claim, refuse. Long story short, we had a running toilet and clogged sink. The technician they sent didn't touch the sink and turned the water to the toilet off. It's not clear what he did, if anything, to fix the running toilet, so I called to see what they did. I got an endless run around with unintelligible, illiterate emails about the technician sending a report to Fidelity. When I couldn't get a straight answer to my question, the woman called and went into a rant about how, as she's explained many times, the vendor sent a report. She admitted her prior emails had a typo, then continued her rant and ended each sentence with a condescending ""got it?"" I had had enough and hung up.

Bottom line: there's a reason they have so many 1 star reviews. Don't use them, unless you have lots of spare time to send emails that don't accomplish anything and are willing to speak with an obnoxious customer service rep.

Mousa is truly a professional craftsman. He's throughly knowledgeable of his trade and focused. It's a delight to know such work ethics with great customer service in alive and well. Job well done and definitely a go to plumbing service! Thank you Judieh Plumbing!

I had both a toilet and bathroom sink issue, Roman came in and was very personable and went right to work. All work completed on first visit, I'm happy and will go to them from now on with a special request for Roman.

We had a problem with three of our faucets and Roman from Judieh Plumbing came to our rescue. Roman was knowledgeable and efficient. He took care of one of the faucets on the spot and gathered the information needed for replacement parts for the other two faucets. When Roman returned with the replacements parts, he completed the job with skill and care. We could not be happier with Roman and the work provided!

Judieh Plumbing sent out Oscar to fix our blocked sink. He was very nice and very efficient. We appreciated his promptness in coming and his work. We certainly want him to come back to fix any plumbing problem we might have. Thank you Judieh for sending Oscar and we look forward to when we need a good plumber again. Thanks also to Fidelity National Home Warranty for asking Judieh Plumbing to come as I requested, they Had come once before and we were more than pleased. We have had horrible experiences with Plumbing companies Fidelity National had sent before by name Hertz Plumbing. Thanks again Oscar and Judieh Plumbing.

We came back from vacation to find our tankless water heater not operational. I called Judieh Plumbing and they had Mo come out the same day. The next day we got a brand new water heater installed before 2:00p! What great service! Thank you!
