Like most of the reviews I had an Awful experience with these guys! They were sent out by by home warranty! They plumber checked my water pressure 6 times the first five times the pressure was very high! Then the plumber/tech started hitting the gage with a wrench to get the pressure gage to the acceptable level! The he says me its normal! I had another plumber come by and record the pressure, then called the home warranty had the same tech/plumber come by and replace the pressure valve! This company unmotivated to do work that r covered home warranty! I had to fight with them to do a simple job! The secretary at the office was good! That was only positive in working with these guys! Please avoid these guys for your home repairs!

My family received wonderful service from Judieh, our water heater broke and the insurance company referred us to Judieh. The technician, Hassan, called us prior to the appointment to confirm and he showed up on time for the appointment. Hassan was wonderful, he helped us to stop the leaking right away and he also went above and beyond when we had difficulty communicating with our insurance company, Hassan was so patiently waiting by the phone and fought for us. I would recommend Judieh if you are looking for friendly technician and great customer service. What Hassan did was way above our expectation, we were really glad that we had him as our technician.

I would give No Star if I could because we received No Service from Judieh. After reading some of the reviews I understand why - should have never get near them. I had no choice because it's assigned by America Home Shield. They actually did call to schedule an app't but only SIX days later, we waited on the day of app't and NO SHOW, NO CALLS, NO RETURN CALLS. We finally called AHS and got assigned another plumber to restart the process.
When you call their number, there's never a live person answering, and they do not return your voice messages as requested. Totally unprofessional, zero customer service.

I was referred by Fidelity. They came when they were suppose to and they knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I also saw the plumber check to make sure there were no leaks, undo everything and retighten to ensure there were no leaks.

I always wonder if they can be in business, anyone can do any business. There staff and plumbers have no clue what customer service is all about. Firstly there verbal skills are poor, speak little or no English. Secondly, they have very poor Customer Service skills, poor follow up, poor work ethics and very bad attitude. My bathroom tub facet was leaking and when we called them to fix, their plumber not only aggravated it by making it worse but walked out of the house telling us he will be back with parts and that they have to order parts. This was all covered under Home Warranty and they wanted us to get in touch these folks. Anyway, the Judieh had ordered part which was coming from China would take 15 days at minimum per their own verbal account (though they did not say where its coming from). I got the same part from local store same day in less than $35. After begging them to come fix what they started they agreed with disclaimer that i will be responsible for charges if part is not right. But to their surprise the part i got was right. So we had visit from same plumber who had started the mess. He was frightened, confused and did not know what he was doing. Now, he again asked for a ""small spring"" which he said can only be ordered from same manufacturer and walked out of the house without finishing work. But I got the same spring from local store same day. Long story short, i ended with many days of leaky and messy bathroom and finally got it fixed outside warranty from local plumber by paying from pocket. Stay away if you can.

I read the yelp reviews about this company and did not find them reflect my experience. Both technicians were courteous and helpful and worked in a professional manner. While some may have had bad experiences with this company I most certainly did not

They don't show up for their appointments. Had a time frame of 3-5 and no one came. Called even at 4:30 to see if they were still coming. They lady told me they were on their way but nothing. Now I'm still here with a leaky faucet, and unable to do laundry. Not to mention, I got off work 3 hrs early to make the appointment and lost out on money I could of been making. DO NOT USE THEM! They will waste your time!

We had an old heater leak and leak into the house. I used Fidelity Home Warranty and was hesitant about Judieh based on the reviews I had read. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by this company. We had a very difficult situation; they were accommodating with our schedule and did the replacement on Memorial Day. The tech was named Luis and he was very impressive with how this installation was done. I wanted to relay this as I would most definitely use them again and cannot say enough good things about the service, quality and responsiveness of the office manager and tech that did the install. They made this a very easy process.

BEWARE! This company is horrible. One of their drivers was driving recklessly on the freeway, hit my car, almost lost control and then they ran. CHP had to be called until they finally stopped and threatened me. Before calling them, ask yourself if this is the type of people that you would like working in your house.
