In 2011, we moved into our new home and immediately we had some plumbing problems. The home warranty insurance had Judieh plumbing come out. They diagnosed the problem to the sewer pipe that connected our home to the city main line. They put a camera in the pipe and showed us that tree roots were blocking the pipe and it needed to be replaced. We did the work under permit with the City of San Jose, the City came out and inspected the work and we thought everything was fine.
In August 2019, we started having plumbing problems again. A plumber from a different company came out and diagnosed the problem to the sewer line connecting our home to the city line. The City's sewer line was backing up into our home. The City had to come out and use the ""cleanout"" that had been installed in 2011 to clear the problem. When they came out, they informed me the cleanout had a T pipe and not a Wye sweep, which is not to code and they would no longer come out to maintain the city line at our cleanout if this wasn't fixed. I was also informed that the City inspected the sewer pipe we had replaced, but an inspection was not set up and they did not inspect the clean out, otherwise this problem would have been found 8 years ago.
I have contacted Judieh twice to find out why they did not do the work to code and was told a supervisor or owner would be contacting me. That has never happened.
Another plumber also told me that Judieh poured a concrete slab in the cleanout which is sometimes done by plumbers when the pipes are not fitting well together. This is just another problem that now has to be fixed.
We now have to fix all the problems that Judieh created 8 years ago. If they had done the work properly 8 years ago, we wouldn't be in this mess. We are one very dissatisfied customer and even more so that Judieh hasn't even returned my calls to explain why they didn't do things to code in the first place.
Hopefully our experience will help others to chose a different plumbing company that actually does quality work.

I was referred to this company by my home warranty provider. I gave the contractor until the following day to follow up with me. I still haven't heard from them and i'm going on the second day. I read my status on my home warranty website which stated that they tried to contact me and that they left me a voicemail. I took the day off from work to have to have the contractor came to by house and fix my issue. I've had the phone in my hand the entire time.
I tried calling their phone number and no one seems to work at this company. I've left 2 voicemails and no one has called me back. I called my home warranty company to switch out the contractor and they informed me that they had to contact them to see what's the status. When my home warranty called them and guess what? They were unable to get a hold of them lol. So I requested a transfer of vendor from my home warranty provider.

I recommend Judieh Plumbing. Roman is the man. He is very professinal and knows the quickest way to find and fix your plumbing issue. We had a leak behind our shower area and Roman was able to trace and find where it was coming from inside the wall. Thank you to Jasmine also who answered our call in their office. She is very polite. Job well done Judieh!

We had read bad reviews about this plumbing company, so we were concerned when they were the referral from our home warranty insurance AHS. However, they were excellent!! We had a sewer blockage from the house to the street and raw sewage was coming up through the clean out at the front of the house. AHS was not able to get any plumber, including Judieh to come fix it until 3 days later. In desperation, we called Judieh and when the receptionist heard about the seriousness of our problem, she said she would send a plumber out that day. Jamil showed up within a few hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, very personable and quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem. He told us how to avoid blockages in the future and completely cleaned up the area where he was working. I would totally recommend Judieh Plumbing and particularly Jamil for any plumbing needs. We will certainly rely on them in the future.

This company is a joke. They were referred to me through my home warranty company. I had to follow up multiple times to get an appointment scheduled. When he showed up, he was patronizing and spoke down to me. He told me he fixed the sink link but did not. It was my mistake for not checking before he left - but it was dripping more after he left than before. Terrible service. Never hire them.

I recommend this plumbing company. I wish my home warranty called them first. As the previous plumbing service technician before them was not able to fix the shower leak. But David of Judieh Plumbing was able to accomplish the task. Jasmine and David were both very helpful and proactive in helping resolve the issue. Thank you Judieh Plumbing for a job well done!

I'm talking this fraudulent company to COURT! I found the sewage plug they so called fixed and have proof they did a faulty job on the original job! They need to close their doors! They are the absolute worst!!!!!!

Jasmine at Judieh is amazing. I had a broken sewage ejector pump that was causing flooding of sewage in the house. We had no use of toilets, sinks, washer, etc and my wife and two babies were stranded. We called six other plumbing companies and they were all busy and not willing to help. So was Judieh, but Jasmine heard our situation and worked with her team to get someone there to diagnose the problem same day even though it was after hours! I will recommend anyone to them, she was our savior!

I had this vendor sent by First American Home Warranty to fix a garbage disposal issue. I was extremely pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and friendliness of Hassan and his trainee! Super great experience. Hassan understood the issue, was very knowledgeable, quickly replaced the old unit, and provided tips for good maintenance as well as disposal warranty information. I thought he was the owner of the plumbing company. He just cares so much about the work he does. Thanks Hassan!

I first want to say I have nothing but great things to say about Judieh Plumbing. Jasmine and Roman both went above and beyond for my up coming repair . I'm in the process of having my water heater replaced . Let me just say anyone who is going through their home warranty company, the problem is with them the ( Warranty company) ! and not the contractor . The contractors hands are tied until they receive an approval from the warranty company , and let me tell you it's like pulling teeth .In my case that was the was the problem. The contractor and I kept getting the run around from them . I felt it in my heart to come to Jedidiah plumbing's defense, since they are receiving a bad wrap for something out of their control.
