Used these guys because my home warranty recommended them. Had my well for 20+ years with no problems.....then they replaced my pump and told me the system would work even better.....now we can get a clean sample out of the pump. I literally had a clean sample the week before and now all testing positive. I call and call and they do not respond. When I make threats, they respond and then the minimum amount but do not address the issue. Going to have to have someone else come in and evaluate and fix there work. Forgot to mention they quoted $3k....then job went super smooth.....and was charged $4200.

Great Service. I give them our best rating. We have used them for more than 20 yeas. They are always quick to fix what we need. They are reliable, trustworthy, competent and friendly. When we've had plumbing emergencies they've fixed the lickety-split. They're the best there is.

Our pressure tank started leaking. Called them mid-day Monday and they were out Tuesday morning to replace. Very professional and clean.

Bethke Judd plumbing came out to replace a holding tank/bladder for well. Left us with a leak worse than before. Promised he would be back at 8:00 on monday. Never showed. Never called. Office staff very rude and said he would get there when he did. Acted like she could care less and suggested I leave my door unlocked. (yeah, thats safe). I had used them for 10 years. Never again. I still have the leak.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Jeff from Judd Pumps & Plumbing showed up within 2 hours of our call. We had no water and we really needed someone to come! The receptionist who answered my call understood that we needed help and she assured me someone would come the same day. Jeff was super friendly and efficient and he fixed the problem quickly. He went above and beyond by taking a quick look at our a/c which wasn't working on a hot day. He determined that one of the two a/c units wasn't working which was helpful.
CONFESSION:
*I didn't even know we had a well until the water stopped working (I know that's kind of pathetic).
*I didn't know where our outside a/c units were located.
*I couldn't answer any of the basic questions one might ask about our water system.
I appreciate that Jeff wasn't phased by my lack of knowledge, nor was he condescending in any way. He was cheerful and polite, and he clearly wanted to help us solve the problem. Having worked with many service companies over the years, particularly during the last 12 months as we renovated, Judd Pumps & Plumbing stands out as exceptionally reliable.
