I had a clogged drain in my laundry area. Jeff and his apprentice John arrived right on time . After appraising the situation Jeff explained the issue to me he went on to repair the problem most efficiently,keeping me in the loop as to what he was doing along the way . Living in an older house presents problems one would expect ,Jeff was knowledgeable and took care of the issue. I will be using this company as needed . I highly recommend this most professional and talented company . Thank you Jeff and John

I have worked with a ton of folks in the trades and Jeff is a rarity. He does what he says he is going to do, communicates very well (including texts when he's on the way), does excellent work, has reasonable rates and provides excellent customer service. A rarity. He has done excellent work at both my home and commercial locations. Fair, honest and takes pride in his work -- a true professional.

They call you back when you leave a message; they give you a date to get the work done and they stick to that date; they show up on time; they do the job right; they leave the work space clean when done. Started strong: good reviews, good communication, friendly, on time. Jeff and Cliff came by changed/installed two gas cocks and two laundry valves. Snaked a laundry line that was being problematic. Told me they did not find a problem. Did laundry and water was still leaking. I removed panel and found the leak. I then noticed that the hot water inlet was massively cross threaded. It was not cross threaded prior to service. Called Jeff to discuss and he was argumentative and that the cross threading was somehow my fault. Tried to negotiate a reasonable solution to no avail. Plus the original problem with the drain they did not identify or fix. My only recourse is a poor review which I told Jeff I would have to do. His response: ""Do what you have to do."" So, here we are. I cannot in good faith recommend Juck's Plumbing.

Our kitchen sink was leaking at faucet, and below at trap leaking at joint. Called Jeff and he came right out..told me what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and we had him do the repair. He was prompt, professional, and completed on time within estimate...no surprises.charges very reasonable...beautiful job, better than what we used to have, and drains so much better...can't say enough good things about the job, and Jeff himself...will recommend to everyone, and definitely my first call for future issues...5 stars all the way...

Bingo. Jeff responded to my call for valve and toilet replacement wicked quick. He and his tech were super fast, high quality, and professional. The pricing was totally reasonable. Last plumber I had definitely gouged me. I'm with Juck from now on.

My husband found a large puddle of water in our basement. We could see the water dripping from the floor above and traced it to our master bath. Put a large pail under the dripping water and started making calls to plumbers. Some of the plumbers he called weren't available and some just didn't return his call. Very frustrating.

Then there was Jeff. He called back soon after my husband left the message, which was on a SUNDAY. He normally doesn't work on Sunday, but understood our concerns with a leak. He asked a series of questions about the leak and said he could be there on Tuesday morning. He showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. Cleaned up the small mess, paid him and he was on his way. We were stunned that it was that simple!

Jeff is a solid guy who is personable, straight forward with you on what needs to be done to resolve the problem and able to quickly provide an estimate that is very close to the actual cost of the job. His pricing is reasonable and he clearly explains the problem and what needs to be done to fix it.

We liked him so much we just had him come back a week later to remove 3 old toilets and install 3 new ones. He was on time, thorough and fast. Our home was spotless after he was finished. He's a caring, hard working professional and we'll keep calling him for further work.

We just recommended him to some friends and a family member. Give him a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Great tradesman!
