Called at 1200 yesterday for my senior parents for some basic plumbing work... Juan said they will be there between 3pm and 6pm... no show.. called after 6pm he said they would be there...no show...this was the OWNER.. very disappointing

Mr.Juan did an amazing job fixing our water heater and being available as soon as he could. He did an amazing job by explaining everything that we needed to do and what was wrong with our water heater. He was able to fix it and was quick to locate the problem. Water bill was double norma. Water meter indicated water was flowing somewhere. Called Juan's. The plumber was there exactly at the promised time. He discovered our lawn's sprinkler system was leaking. After he shut off the sprinkler water supply the water meter stopped indicating a slow leak. Juan's does not repair sprinklers so I will have a sprinkler company come out in the Spring.
Job completed in five minutes at NO CHARGE! Unheard of these days.

Fast and reliable employees. We reached out to Juan's Plumbing Services to come out and correct a washer and dryer install by the orange hardware store. The orange hardware store could not get the installers to come back until the following week which was unacceptable with water leaking all over the place. So Juan and his team saved the day. Thank you also to our repairman Anthony who is a very respectful and knowledgable young man. We appreciate you guys.

Over the Moon ~

I reached out to Juan's Plumbing Services yesterday because my Toilet was clogged and I also experienced some slowness with water draining in the bathtub. Juan responded immediately in the app and was ready to send someone out on Friday.

Because I had a Spurs game to attend, Anthony his Amazing technician called me this morning and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly analyzed the potential issue. We discussed the price, and within minutes he was working to determine the source of the clog. He snaked the drain and utilized a camera system to locate the blockage. He showed me the issue and was quickly able to clear the clog. He also showed me how to remove the stopper in the tub where he located a rubber band and hair that was causing the slow drainage issue.

He restored the bathroom and demonstrated to me that the toilet was working with multiple flushes, as well as, ran the sink and shower to show all water was running smoothly.

Anthony, you rock and I appreciate you and Juan's plumbing. As stated before you left, you are now my Plumbing Professional.

I can't say enought good things about this small business and its quality work, reasonable costs and excellent customer service. I had to have the wax ring for the toilet replaced since the builder did not install the toilet correctly six years ago.

Wolfe came out and did an excellent job in replacing the part and corrected the phlange which was not flush with the floor. After the install, he made sure that I was present when he inspected for leaks. Wolfe is personable and knows plumbing. He fully explained what was needed and how it was to be corrected. I was impressed and recommend this small business to all.
