These guys are great honest people! I had a clogged drain and they stopped by my cafe to assess the issue. They told me it's likely to be the grease trap and that I should look for someone that specialize in that. They did not charge me for the visit and assessment. Will definately be the one to call next time I have a plumbing issue.

I just moved to Hollister and haven't found many people with recommendations for plumbers and such. Juan was awesome. I left him a message and he called me back. First off, he was the only plumber I contacted to call me back. Then he came last minute to look at some stuff I needed done so my laundry machine would work. He came that same day, gave me a quote not much later, and came the next day to fix my issue! He was quick and efficient. Extremely professional and patient with my in your face dogs. I would highly recommend him for you Plumbing needs!

Thank you Juan for coming out yesterday! We had a plumbing need, not quite an emergency, but an urgent situation with a leak from our main water line to our house and the fire sprinkler system
Juan wasn't the first plumber I called, but
he was the first and only one to call me back that day! He was at our house in less than an hour after speaking with him.
It took about 4 hours (over 2 days to fix) but he got the job done. My husband helped with the digging, so Juan was great at charging less than usual.
If we need a plumber again, he will be the first one I call next time!

Would give Juan a big fat ZERO if I could. Ad states available 24/7, however, this is not true at all. Had an emergency situation, kitchen flooded underneath sink, turned off main water valve as the shut off under sink was not working, Juan said he would come out after his job in San Juan, however, I get an text message shortly thereafter stating that he coudl not come out, sorry, but all of a sudden he needs to spend time with his kids, why wasn't this mentioned in the first place, said earliest he could come out would be Monday!!! I would have understood spending time with kids if this was mentioned to begin with, but all of a sudden it becomes an issue. Really???? I'm without water and he wants me to wait until Monday. Sure Juan. This guy is a total joke, I will never call him again and will spread the word around my area to not use him at all. Not a reputable businessman in my opinion. Truly a joke.

We had a plumbing emergency come up at my mom's place in the evening and words cannot express how grateful I was/am that Juan was available to talk me through the problem. He was knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot the issue with just a simple description over the phone. Unfortunately another emergency came up the next day with the same toilet (since the toilet is close to 30 years old). He was nowhere in the vicinity at the time, but he understood the urgency for my elderly mom and made room in his schedule to come by in the evening even though he already had a personal commitment. He was excellent in communicating when he would be at the house and texted me when he wrapped up to give me peace of mind since I live hours away. Juan definitely exceeded my expectations and he is now my go-to guy for any future plumbing needs for mom. It is a rare find nowadays to work with a plumber that has pride in their workmanship, honest, reasonably priced and great people skills including patience with the elderly. I would absolutely recommend him!

We had an emergency water leak in our garage. My wife called several plumbers and Juan immediately answered. He was over in less than 30mins on a Saturday evening. I was very impressed with his friendliness and explanation of the job. Very professional and a real pleasure to do business with. Thanks again Juan!!!

Juan successfully completed the addition of a shut off valve (at the water heater) and gas extension for the grill out back. He did a great job at a reasonable rate. I'd call him again if/when needed.
