A very honest and a great guy. Left him a message and responded right away and came by to check what's wrong with my water leak. He suggested us on what to do instead of him just doing the job so we can save some money. Unfortunately, our tools that we have did not work for us. I called Juan when we had an emergency main line back up at our home.
Juan was quick to answer, but unfortunately he was on his way out to Morgan Hill. He had a helpful conversation with me over the phone and explained what he or I would have to do to remedy the problem. Since he was on his way to another client in need (on a Sunday!) I decided to take on the challenge of doing it myself. It was a long days work, but I wouldn't have been able to do it without Juan's guidance. Even though I didn't actually have Juan come here, he called me twice to follow up and texted me to make sure it was all going well.
Finding honest hard working service is hard to come by. I am most definitely adding Juan to my contact list for future services. Support local jobs and turn to someone you can count on.

He and his helper attacked the problem, got the right parts and replaced all the bad plumbing work I managed to screw up for the last 22 years of owning this house. These guys are great honest people! I had a clogged drain and they stopped by my cafe to assess the issue. They told me it's likely to be the grease trap and that I should look for someone that specialize in that. They did not charge me for the visit and assessment. Will definately be the one to call next time I have a plumbing issue.

First off, he was the only plumber I contacted to call me back. Then he came last minute to look at some stuff I needed done so my laundry machine would work. He came that same day, gave me a quote not much later, and came the next day to fix my issue! He was quick and efficient. Extremely professional and patient with my in your face dogs.
