One of the pipes of my tankless hot water heater got broken, but it wasn't visible because it was heavily taped by the previous owner. After talking to Juan on the phone, he was able to come over my house within a few hours and diagnosed the issue . He and his teammate quickly did the repair and replaced the old pipe. They were efficient, easygoing, and highly skilled professionals. They're also very respectful and nicely cleaned up after they finished. We have each other's phone number, so I can contact him if there's any post-procedure issue or if other pipes will also need fixing in the future.
