Juan Morgan, the plumber, is dishonest and totally lacking in integrity. And he is incompetent as a plumber. Please do not use Juan the Plumber. I do not want anyone to experience what I did.

In June of this year, I needed a plumber to fix a faucet in my shower because the shower would only produce hot water and no cold water. I consulted the chat group section of this Nextdoor Neighborhood Page and saw a few positive reviews for a plumber named Juan (Juan Morgan is his full name).

I contacted Juan and described the problem to him. He diagnosed that the ""cartridge"" in the faucet needed to be replaced. He requested a photo of the faucet so he could find a new cartridge for my particular faucet model. Later that same day, he texted me saying that he would be at my home the next morning and that everything (replacement part plus his labor) would cost me $275.00.

The next day, he came and supposedly fixed the problem. The shower worked ok for about 2 days, but then the same problem returned.

I contacted Juan about this. He said he would return around 2:30 pm in the next 2 days to fix the problem. We had a text exchange confirming this appointment.

He did not show up at 2:30 pm as scheduled. When 4:00 pm arrived on that same day with no sign of him, I texted him asking if he still intended to come. I received no reply. The next day, I very politely texted him again asking when would he return as promised. Again, no response.

I waited some weeks then reached out by text again. There was no response as before. I left him a voicemail this morning about the matter. It has been several hours since then and yet I have not received any response.

I have not been able to use the shower in my master bedroom since June. I have lost $275.00. And my search for a plumber continues.
