Juan Segovia Plumbing has been the only plumbing company able to respond to urgent repairs promptly. They were were very efficient, courteous and respectful of us and our home, and did excellent work. They have a lifetime warranty on their work and we will use them again when needs arise.

Juan's customer service is HORRIBLE. He arrives late to the appointment and ignores your phone calls. If you call him on someone elses phone, he will answer and make any excuse he can think of due to answering it and you being on the line. Juan will not get back to you with a requested quote, just string you along and waste your time. Poor customer service and one horrible person!! Had to give him one star though he doesn't even deserve that. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING OR YOU WILL SERIOUSLY REGRET IT. BEWARE!!!

Recommended by our trusted realtor when we moved to WW. Juan showed up same day, on time, and priced reasonably to fix some issues we had. Second occurrence and different issue he was not only prompt but incredibly fast as solving a potentially messy leak! All in all we've used Juan for some home improvement upgrades and traditional plumbing problems and always been satisfied with the service and prices.

Walla Walla, beware!!! For the second time, Juan has tried to screw with the sale of our houses! He comes in, finds minimal problems, then sends a ""quote"" to repair the problem!! We had another, very reputable firm, Mike Harvey Plumbing, fix the problem, for a fraction of the cost of juan's ""quote"" Then ,he comes back, and because we did not use him for the declogging, ""conveniently"" finds ANOTHER problem. Juan bought all of Chris Johnson Plumbing's sewer cleaning equipment, trying to get into the plumbing business here.
We have friends who this also happened to, to the tune of $5000. Trying to destroy the sale of homes for his own personal gain if you ask me!

Juan Segovia Plumbing is great!! Juan was available to come over the next day, and was on time, professional, and very positive and easy to work with. He charged less than $100/hr, total for two men working together, and did the job (kitchen faucet replacement) quickly and well. Highly highly recommended.
