We had a clogged toilet. He quoted me $90 an hour, only stayed an hour and then told me it was $180. He claimed the extra $90 was for use of a ""sewer machine"". He reduced the price to $150. The toilet started clogging back up within a day. I scheduled a day/time for him to come back out and he didn't show up. I ended up hiring a different company who actually fixed the clog and charged less (without any hidden ""sewer machine' cost). Unprofessional and unethical!

I had a terrible experience. I had a clogged tub drain, all that he did was run a snake down it for two hours and fixed absolutely nothing then said sorry and charged me 180.00 for nothing getting fixed. I will not be back nor will I refer him to anyone else
