We contacted JTM to address an issue with out tankless water heater. The technician was prompt with his service and very professional upon arrival. I asked to be kept up to speed with what was going on. I also asked if he touch educate me on a few things with the heater. He took his time to teach me how to tackle a few regular maintenance issues on my own. We recommend JTM Plumbing.

Just a horrible company. They knew I was without water for days so they knew I was in great need. My time was 12-4. I called at 3 to check and was told 4:30 no sweat. Then a few hours later called and said they couldn't make it and was using the jet that was gong to be used with me and it was going to used at last appointment so he would have it with them in the morning.. They said I would be first the next day between 8-8:30/ No show till after nine. Guy right off with an attitude. He told me the camera search was fee. and would have to jet at 450 dollars [plus. I was told him Hanna from the office said 300. The tech said oh they shouldn't have said that. He asked if I wanted to go with someone else? He then said he would have to call and set up a time to get jet. I told him his supervisor told me he would have it with them in the morning, but not so. The super knew I needed a jet the day before . Then the tech said I was being rude and left. Then the supervisor texted me (how professional)and told me he was such a good guy he would waive the 179.00 fee for the camera which took all of 2 minutes. Even though the tech. said it was free. so many questionable actions by this company of bait and switch prices. you don't like we'll leave if you say anything about being late for 2 days and pricing. stay faaaaaaaar away from these guys. Lastly the tech ignoring me after this not talking just saying talk to my manger. How professional. He knock his equipment into my door and left a mark and just said talk to my manager. Of course the manager texted me and said he was in a meeting LOL.

Very unorganized and expensive! They forgot to call me back because they left their notebook on a site. When they did call me back, they didnt have a concrete time they could come. They have been working across the street from my house all week and called when they were done last minute. I just received the quote from JTM Plumbing to hook up a kitchen sink and dishwasher on a remodeled kitchen. They wanted to charge me $1250.00. I am guessing the parts are less than $100 and about an hour labor. I do not reccommend this company!

Our sprinkler company used them as a subcontractor and the experience was less than desirable. Their installation contractor installed the sprinkler piping using the least amount of effort possible. This included the elbow extending almost two feet more than needed, and then running it out the wrong basement wall.During this process we could hear the installer having personal calls on his cellphone which surely added to his distracted and unimpressive installation job.

These guys are the best !!! I just had my 4th hydrant installed and they always shock me at how fast they can dig a four foot hole. Matt and Taylor were nice and polite.
This company does quality work for a VERY FAIR PRICE !!!!!!

This is my second time using them for drain problems. Was referred by a friend. They are very reasonable and owner is very professional. Would recommend them to anyone.
