The red flag I ignored was the low price proposed at the initial phone call with JT. With my 30 plus years of experience with a home septic system, I should have known this would not end well.
JT insisted on digging up, and charging for, the opening to the septic tank when an inlet for pumping services is already existing.
We were charged for pumping both the septic tank and the cesspool which is nonsensical as one feeds into the other.
JT's assistants did do an excellent job replacing the dug up turf, which should be mentioned
JT intimated that a non code diversion of laundry water would be feasible. Consumer beware!
All in all, the system was pumped; I watched. I also learned caustic soda can help to resolve leach line problems. So not an entire waste of time and money
I shall be contacting another for future service.

Called them to come pump my septic. They were super friendly, helpful and just got the job done. Took the time to answer lots of questions before and after the service. I wouldn't call anyone else.

This sanitation company sucks. I hired them to pump out my septic and they left it half full, broke the lid and did not screw it back on. They told me it was my responsibility to screw it back in. The most rediculous thing i ever heard. It backed up into my house and my neighbor came and fixed what they didnt do. I will be using someoneesle for now on. Theyer idiot family member who answrs the.phone called me up and started yelling at me after i complained then hung up on me. Never using these rude jerks again.

I won't ever use another company for sanitation services! JT came out to verify another company's visual septic inspection, actually opened up the tank (the other company obviously hadn't) and gave an honest quote. We were scheduled to have them come back after the weekend and despite a major tragedy in the company, they still came out and saved the sale of my client's home. I am forever thankful to have such a hard working company on my side!

JT did a septic inspection on a home I purchased.

Approximately 7 months after the certification I submitted the certification that JT completed to LA County with engineered blue prints (1,800.00 worth of blur prints) in order to gain permissions/permits to build a structure on my property. It was at that time LA County informed me the leech line on JT's certification was opposite of County record. I was forced to dig up my septic tank to clarify the discrepancy between County record and JT's certification, and pay $395.00 for the County to verify. It turns out country record was correct, and JT's certification was INCORRECT. This also proved JT never checked my leech line like he documented in my certification when I bought my home.

When I called JT to discuss this issue JT gave me his word he'd pay me back $2,000 of the $2,200, I was out due to his bad certification. JT asked for 2 weeks to come up with the money. When the two weeks was up he never answered another call from me again. JT completely avoided me, like a slime ball.

I had enough, so I went to JT's business address to confront him, JT's wife Alice told me JT was gone, so I talked to her face to face. After explaining what happened, face to face, she was reassuring she would help and call me back. Alice never called back, and when I called her she told me, ""We never did work at your house, replaced anything or repaired anything"" I gave her my address as then Alice said, oh yeah I have the paperwork here, and repeated ""We never replaced or repaired anything at your house."" JT and Alice are real nice face to face, but totally worthless as soon as your no longer face to face with them. Real slimy family, it's no wonder they are married, pees in a pod.

Alice and JT are total dead beats. I am forced to take them to court or not recover a dime of what JT's negligent certification cost me. JT could care less about the money he cost me and my family.

I highly recommend choosing a different company if you want honest good work, because this is the WRONG company to hire, if you want good work. Court case will be filed next week, I'm getting my money back.
