Jeff with JT Reface Plumbing did a great job from the very first phone call. He listened to my issue and provided a very fair quote with a explanation of costs. He set my appointment to benefit both of us. He showed promptly wearing health safety gear. Upon visual review, he explained his plan to fit my issue, making sure I was comfortable with the process. Once finished, he double checked his work while showing me the results. He cleaned up - making sure everything was where he found it. Most importantly, there were no surprises! Everything went as he stated in his estimate - his arrival time, the health/safety gear, the repair, the amount of time it took and the cost! I couldn't have asked for anything better. I will definitely call him again.

Prepare to be bumped.

I was contacted by this company after they claimed a single toilet replacement project I placed on Angie's List/Home Advisor. We agreed on a price and time over the phone. They were a no-show at the appointment time and did not call. When I called the company, I was told they they had another job run long and they would not be able to get to me for 2-3 more hours. I had taken a morning off work and could not stay home indefinitely. Their response was a weak 'Sorry' without asking if they could reschedule to make up for the time I wasted. Very unprofessional scheduling. Beware.
