Sean from J & T Plumbing did a wonderful job with a diagnostic of my water filter system and repaired a back water flow issue by extending the water line. He answered all my questions and didn't charge for the extension since the company had done the original installation just a year ago. I appreciate their prompt response and efficient manner. My issue have long been resolved, it was a leak from an old crusted wax ring. Your technicians told me they would have to dig 3-4 feet in the concrete to replace the pipe.

You can also imagine, if my home warranty did cover it, the end result would have been the same. The leak would have still been there, (not to mention they would be surprised to find (NO COPPER PIPES, cough cough!). Ahm but that's another story, you can read all about it in my first review.

You don't have to feel sentiments toward my home warranty, instead it would be better directed toward your technicians in why, even after a leak detection test, they would want to dig into concrete fix a leaky wax ring.
