We had J&T Plumbing Pros install a new water in our home. We were getting rusty water through our house. So I was referred by a friend to call them. They came out diagnosed the problem right away which was water heater needs to be replaced. He drained the water heater and showed us the water color and the rust pieces coming out.

We scheduled for the next day to come out and replace it. They showed up on time and completed the job and sure enough we have clear water again. This company is very professional and answered every question we had for Tyler. I would highly recommend due to the knowledge and professional they provide us while servicing our home.

I had an issue on a clogged, sink. Thought it could be the garbage disposal after YouTube diagnosis. A quick diagnosis by the J&T plumber, the pipes simply needed a cleanout. The reasonable cost seemed free, as to not having to replace the expensive garbage disposal. Honesty is the most important thing we look when we let someone in our home. And I believe with these guys you get that. Thanks again, great work.

J&T Plumbing Pros were dispatched to my house through my home warranty company First American, due to my pressure regulator not working. J&T showed up on time and the technician was wearing a mask and was very professional. However, after the technician inspected the regulator, I was told that they could not change the regulator that was there. I was told that I needed a different regulator and in order to install the new regulator they would have to modify the pipes. I was informed that my home warranty company would cover the cost of the regulator but J&T Plumbing Pros were going to charge me $250 to modify the pipes. I told them not to do the work, I believed modifying the pipes was not needed. I called my own plumber out and he replaced the regulator that was there and he did not have to do any modifications to any of the pipes and it cost less than half of what J&T was going to charge me just to do the modification.

He was able to come out the same day and install a new one for an unbeatable price. Very professional and personable, and he did a great job.
