These guys don't have an expanding drain removal tool to remove the drain in my tub. They came out and couldn't remove the drain from my tub, because the guy was in the 'wrong truck' that day. Next time he came out, he had the 'wrong tool.' It's been 2 weeks I've been waiting for them, so I called them today and they said they can't find the tool, and I should probably just get someone else. They seem nice enough, but they can hardly be that great if they don't have the tools for the job, and they are not professional enough to follow up without me hounding them. At least they didn't charge me. Don't waste your time.
