I recently had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by another plumber. There was a problem with vibration at start up. We communicated directly with a Rinnai technician on the phone and went through all the procedures that could be done without taking the unit apart. The vibration continued so I was instructed to contact their Service Pro, JT Plumbing. Upon contact I was informed that they wanted $385 to show up and diagnose. Yes, that is correct, $385 to show up! They also said that if a warranty issue was found that i would have to pay directly for all labor and seek reimbursement from Rinnai. Parts, if necessary, would be on Rannai. I have never heard of such an arrangement.What kind of Service Pro is this? More like a service scam. The person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. I would never use this company given a choice.

I had an issue with my boiler that powers my hot water as well as my radiant floor heat. I had one large company out prior, and while their technician was nice, he was unable to figure out the issue as it was a complicated and outdated system. I was referred to Joseph at JT Plumbing, by several people, and he was able to take my call right away. Joseph came out that afternoon, he took a look at my Boiler and the other parts of the system that I have and was able to explain the different issues and resolution to those issues in a way that I was able to understand. I really appreciated the fact that even though I didn't totally get the issue to begin with he was able to explain it in a way to where I didn't feel stupid! Now my radiant heat and my hot water both work like a charm and I am on a maintenance schedule with him so this issue won't happen again! I feel very taking care of by everybody at JT plumbing and would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!
