Worst job renovating our bathroom. Gutted to studs and managed to not be able to center a light over the vanity...it's practically IN the shower. Subbed out tile work to a bozo who wouldn't lay tile level, grout cracked and fell out in less than a year, shower leaked through to the first floor. Horrible service and won't stand being their work. Charged me over $10k for shoddy work.

I wish there was an option for 10 stars. Joe is that good.

We had a major heating issue in our new home and Joe was able to identify the exact cause of the problem and gave us several options for fixing it. Within a week he was back, worked non-stop, and fixed the problem completely. And we now have heat again!

He is extremely professional, punctual, and takes the time to explain everything he is doing. We have never worked with someone as genuine, efficient, fair, and honest as Joe. We will be using him for as many of our house projects as possible and would highly recommend him.

I had a burst pipe in my garage this winter and Joe responded right away even before the insurance adjuster came out. He traced the water burst from the supply line to the return and most importantly, shut off the water at the boiler to the heat zone that was failing allowing us to continue to have hot water and heat to other areas of the home.

Joe was empathetic, professional and courteous. He took the time to help me remove the damaged items from my garage and then went about his business like the professional he is.

He showed me where the problem was and even recommended ways to avoid a similar situation in the future.

Joe installed a new heating system and water tank into our new home. Joe gave us a great price and was very responsive and was able to schedule the work the next week. He and his partner showed up that day exactly when he said he would and completed the work in one and a half days. He had various crews coming in and out of the house to remove the old boiler, set up electrical etc... and he coordinated everything. Our heating system and water tank both work great and we have no complaints! On top of all that Joe is an honest, nice guy and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing/heating needs.
