Jesus and his team are true professionals looking out for their customers. The team made sure to keep us informed during entire process of getting our backyard storm drains replaced.

They started by assessing the level of root intrusion into our current drains by using a camera snake. Not only did they find major causes of blockage (root intrusion) but they also took the time to show me the live camera view of the build up. They quickly assessed, due to the condition of the existing pipes and tree presence in our yard, that the entire line would require replacing.

Shortly after Jesus discussed the situation with us giving us some options as well as recommending a path forward for us to which we agreed as we wanted to avoid any backyard flooding potential. We received the estimate shortly after their initial visit departure along with a discount as mentioned by Jesus, just before leaving, considering our current situation just before the Tropical Storm.

The original quoted price felt fair for the amount of work described. The added discount and the team's level of character gave us the confidence to proceed forward with the job. Not only did they work diligently everyday they showed up but they took the same level of care and time to keep us updated on the progress as it went.

All in all they ended up hitting some root issues that slowed them down but they pushed on to the finish, ultimately delivering us pristine looking drains that flowed nicely all the way to the street. This work included some side walk concrete work (remove and replace) as well as boring a hole under our side yard concrete to avoid moving our AC unit and more jack hammering, this required a special tool.

We knew with the weather pattern changes and recent Hurricane warning that this was an important project to get done on our home and we are extremely glad to have chosen J's Rooter Solutions.

Also note, I used Yelp's project quote request system to get leads from contractors and my gut told me to go with this team. Glad I was not wrong!

I can't say enough about the quality of work and professionalism of Jesus. An accident in our backyard resulted in a broken pipe. Water was shooting everywhere, so we had to shut off the water at the main line. I called Jesus at 4:30 on a Saturday (the day before a hurricane!). Not only did he come out on short notice he was able to fix what ended up being a tricky situation as the pipe was so old it just snapped clean off. After some considerable work and problem solving, he was able to install a new pipe an faucet so that we could use the water again in our house. Two months prior, he and his team replaced the pipes under our house as well as the main line out to the street and did a fantastic job. Thank you Jesus!

One of the best and honest plumber and rooter service I had to service my house, Cesar is very upfront and detailed about what will need to fix your plumbing issue and will even give you a a very good discount. Cesar's crew was very knowledgable, they took time to explain was was going and will give you several options to make a decision. The crew even took time time clean-up each day after work, very respectful and even follow-up with you with a call before and after to make sure that things are the way it was after they finish everyday. What surprise me is that Cesar even fix the kitchen cabinet flooring at no charge. I think I found my forever plumber and rooter service guy, needless to say that I am very satisfied with the work done in my house. I highly recommend J's Rooter Solutions to anybody that has plumbing service needs and their services comes with 15 years warranty, which I think one of the best I have seen or heard by far.

We're in the middle of remodeling my kitchen. I do everything except plumbing water or gas. Just too risky for me. I reached out to Js rooter solutions they responded first and came in near the bottom of the estimates I received. I had to lower a gas line to allow my stove to slide in. I had the wall open and it was a pretty easy job. He bleed my lines by dropping the gas meter and letting the gas run outside, while putting it back my gasket was damaged. On his own time he went and got me a new gasket and installed to make sure the meter was safe, restarted my water heater on the way out. I recommend them to anyone looking for fast reliable service
