J's plumbing is absolutely fantastic. Our well pump went out on a Thursday evening leaving us with no water. I contacted J's Plumbing Friday morning looking for a plumber to diagnose and repair our system. Justin worked us in on his Friday schedule to get through the diagnosis and then jumped through hoops to get the parts he needed to conduct a Saturday repair and get our water running again. Justin and his assistant Jeff are very knowledgable and very polite/people friendly. He did a neat job and cleaned up all the waste. He was on time with each visit. I can honestly say that Justin is a cut above other plumbers that I have used in the area in recent years. I hope Justin never moves away from Spotsylvania county for I want to keep him as my plumber for life. The next time you need a plumbing repair call J's Plumbing and you will see exactly what I mean. Thanks Justin--Thanks Jeff. You guys rock!

Rude, inconsistent, disrespect, made promises he didn't keep, held my project up for two weeks. I am a local contractor here in Fredericksburg VA, I struck a deal with Justin. I had to keep calling to see when he was coming. The date changed and changed again. He agreed to show up on a Tuesday and sent in two guys who had no clue about the job. I then placed a phone call to the owner only to be talked to very disrespectfully. Do not use this guy, nothing but a headache. Especially if you are a contractor and have a business to run.

Not recommend.
Justin and another plumber, with ""J's Plumbing"" came to my house to inspect required work, recommended parts to order and said they could do the work. Even gave schedule options. The visit was professional.
After they left, I never heard from them again. Would not answer phone or reply to voice messages. Didn't even give me the curtesy of letting me know they didn't want to do the job.

I live in a home with a well and septic system. Today we found ourselves without water. I called J's Plumbing after finding them online with servicing wells in their promotion. They responded within one hour, did a through inspection and determined that the well pump was the culprit and we were in need of a replacement. The technicians advised my husband that they would need to leave to go pick up one and that the job would be under $2000. After completing the job my husband was handed an invoice of $4000 with no explanation as to the increase. Reluctantly, we paid for their services, which was efficiently completed by courteous and competent technicians. We have no complaints with their service or quality of work, just
disappointed in the surprising bill as we felt they should have done a better job in quoting an estimate.

Within a few hours, Justin was at our house and replacing our well pump. Even in less time than he even said he would need.

I have been using J's plumbing since June of 2019, and I will not call any other plumber as long as he is in business. My plumbing issues continue to arise (due to previous owner), and J's plumbing is always punctual, does a phenomenal job, and is very honest and hard-working. Top-notch quality, the best contractor I've ever had for any repair in the house, I continue to highly recommend him.

We had to replace the cabinet under our kitchen sink. They did a great job reconnecting the plumbing and the dishwasher. They worked quickly and professionally. They even did a few extra projects as well. Their rates were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again

We got in a little over our heads on a home remodel we were helping a friend with in Fredericksburg, VA and had to call in the pro's. Contacted J's and am so glad we did! Here's my summary of J's: Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, very reasonably priced. What more could a customer ask? They listened closely to our concerns then resolved four issues we had in less than 1.5 hours - repaired broken T-pipe inside wall and connected laundry sink, installed new sink and faucet in bathroom, fixed/reconnected kitchen faucet, removed toilet, located problem with it, replaced it right away. And all this for less than another plumber wanted just to fix the laundry sink issue AND they gave us a 10% military discount. Amazing! J's is now ""the"" plumber our friend in Fredericksburg will use. Will never call anyone else!
