The job is always done to my satisfaction -- Jeff is thorough, he takes the time to explain the process, and he is clean. If a follow up is needed, it is expedited. Plumbing issues are no longer a problem for me.

We had no hot water so I requested service. My water heater was over 14 years old. Jeff arrive on time. He diagnosed unit. I told him to replace with new one. He returned with water heater and supplies. The quality was excellent. They removed old unit, installed new and cleaned up afterwards. They value is perfect. We have hot water and the price was reasonable. Thank you Jeff and his helper.

I needed my garbage disposal replaced. I called in the afternoon and could've scheduled for the next morning. Due to my schedule they came out the following morning. They did the work quickly. Everything is running well with no leaks. The price they charged was reasonable. They have done other plumbing work for us.I highly recommend them.

We recently sourced J's plumbing to clear a few plumbing lines. Jays team was very professional and efficient while they performed the required work. What is also very impressive is that Jay worked within the quoted price for the job, there wasn't any additional prices added on as the work progressed. The nice thing about J's plumbing is that they are a smaller operation, and you thereby get to work with their main team. Many of the larger companies have a large staff of employees, where you get passed around thereby lacking consistency.

Absolutely the worst plumbing experience I have had. We hired them to replace our garbage disposal, but they did so and had to send out a tech the next day because It wasn't working. Then forward a few days It was still wrong and we came home Xmas Eve to a flooded kitchen. I have numerous phone calls and emails to the office, all of which have been ignored. It's sad how highly recommended they look with their reviews, but their service is horrible. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We have had J's Plumbing out to fix several plumbing problems over the past year. They have fixed a toilet that wouldn't stop running, a sink stopper that wouldn't plug the drain, installed a new garbage disposal and new kitchen drain and sink stoppers. But even installed a new laundry room faucet. Jeff and his team do a superb job for a fair price. They are very responsive, thorough and clean up when they are finished.
