Only plumber who answered and attended to our call on a Sunday. He had to come out twice because the first time the problem actually worsened; however, the guy quickly came back when we called him to let him know the problem.

We had an issue with too small of drain pipes not being able to handle our new washing machine output. They came out and gave us a quote same day and came back to complete the work, coming out on a holiday! They were very polite and efficient and I'm very happy with the work. Easy to contact. Showed up on time. Did not overcharge/upcharge me.
Didnt try to tell me a million things wrongs and would cost a $million to repair. Very fair price. Stated he was 95% sure of what my problem was and if I still had a problem he would come back and not charge a service call. Friendly. Super satisfied. Already referred to my mother who is retired and on a fixed income who needs honest, reliable service. So does everyone else but when on a fixed income every penny matters
