Big kudos to Jordan for his excellent customer service while taking care of our urgent plumbing need (no hot water). I was delighted when Jordan answered my phone call and even more so when he came out same day to take a look at our tankless hot water heater then was able to pick up a new high-quality unit and install it next day! A+ for communication and polite professionalism. Jordan and his apprentice got the job done and our new hot water heater is working perfectly. I definitely recommend JS Plumbing and have already relied on him again for another small plumbing need.

Huge shout out to Jordan for helping with an emergency repair the night before a holiday. The sink in my laundry room sprung a leak, and when I tried to turn the shutoff valve, the entire valve started gushing water. I panicked because it was coming faster than a shower inside the house and I didn't expect to find help the afternoon before a holiday. Jordan talked me through shutting off the water line. (I was still relatively new to the house and the main valve is inaccessible under the house). He came over right away and knocked out the project while communicating professionally (and calmly) with me and the next customer.

I had a small leak in my bathroom sink. Jordan came over quickly and figured out the problem and solved it without hassle. He is kind and professional and very personable and a most effective plumber.

Can I just say how thankful I am to JS. My husband and I are first time homeowners we always knew there was going to be some major problems when getting a house. JS not only addressed the problems I knew about but showed me photos of problems the house inspector missed on the report!!!

The work I had done was a new updated toilet with bidet, replacing the leaking faucet in the shower, securing a shower drain that was leaking under my house and what the house inspector missed JS fixing the pipes underneath my house, so there was not standing water in them. It was a fulls days job! Very fair prices. My family will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

Found JS plumbing through multiple recommendations from locals on Facebook. I was having issues with what I thought was plumbing (ended up being a well issue). Even though Kris was booked for the day, he got on a video call with me and walked me through potential issues. He even offered to come out later that day if I still needed help. I didn't use his services that day but he is definitely going to be my future plumber! Would highly recommend!
