John and his crew re-piped my entire home at a fair price and with such outstanding professionalism. They showed up as promised, finished when promised, and were as quiet as could be doing the work (I work at home, so that was important!). Genuinely nice men as well, the whole lot of them. Sailed through the city inspection. Cleaned up perfectly after themselves, and the drywall patches were first-rate. Everything works beautifully now, and that's such a dream after sweating the plumbing for a couple years as my 65-year-old pipes fell apart.

I am so incredibly happy with the work, and I recommend JRW Plumbing with every word I have! I will be telling all my relatives and friends.

Its hard to find someone you can trust anymore. These guys are it! I had them out for an emergency water line that got hit underground and this was the most pleasant experience I could have hoped for. John walked us through it over the phone and was there within 1 hour to fix the issue. Don't make the mistake of calling somebody else.

His prices are honest and extremely reasonable. The drainage lines in my home were rapidly failing and I had to replace all of them. After meeting with a few other companies that either didn't feel comfortable completing a job that size, or gave an outrageous quote that I had to wait many days to receive, John came out about 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone and gave me a quote on the spot for less than half of the other quotes I received and quickly completed the job in a very professional manner. He also helped find someone to repair all the drywall that had to be removed to access the pipes that were being replaced. I would highly recommend JRW Plumbing for any job, large or small.

Excellent!! Fast, friendly, professional service...and very affordable! I needed to replace my leaking water heater immediately, and they were able to replace it within just a few hours on very short notice (from the moment I called, to the end). I really liked that they listened to my needs, and did not try to upsell me. They even took my old water heater away for free. Hi,
Having an old house makes for plenty of plumbing issues. Our hot water started to have issues, reducing our kitchen's hot water capacity to a trickle. I knew it was time to replace the pipes so I decided to use PEX piping as it's less expensive than copper.
I decided to get as many estimates as I could as two of my neighbors paid an arm and a leg by going with their first estimate. The bids varied with many not by just a few hundred, but thousands of dollars. And at least one of the more expensive companies said I'd have to hire someone else to patch up the drywall that they'd need to remove!
I decided to go with JRW not only because of their reasonable price but the owner, John, seemed very honest and communicative--two VERY important factors when deciding to hire a contractor. (Plus, John was so good with my animals and kids, we all felt very comfortable) I was right. John's team showed up on time (matter of fact, a bit early), kept me informed of what was happening, answered my questions promptly and worked very hard and efficiently.
Don't be fooled by the companies with all the professional looking trucks and matching uniforms. I watched both neighbors get their jobs done in the same amount of time it took to do mine yet it cost them thousands of dollars more and one neighbor had to wait two or three days before their plumbers came back to fix a huge leak they had caused.
If you want somebody local, honest, personable, and reasonable, JRW won't disappoint!
