JR was so helpful and honest in coming out and giving me a quote. They gave me a temporary fix and a long term fix, they also didn't give a quote on the spot like some companies. They actually did the work of looking up parts price and labor to give best and worst case scenario, unlike the other guys (Beacon Hill Plumbing) who throw out a number but it ends up being double and they already started the work so there is no going back. JR and crew will be who I use and recommend to anyone.

Very honest and helpful. They don't charge to come out and give a quote like some companies and they went above and beyond checking all possible issues for me. They even checked my water pressure. They explained things in a way I could understand and gave me options for a temporary 1-2 year fix and long term fixes. Best part is no quote on the spot, JR and team went back to the office looked up part costs, calculated labor time, multiplied that by best case scenario and worst case. This gave me an accurate, fair, and conscience quote. Unlike some companies who throw out a dollar number and then you end up with double because of XY&Z and you've already started the work so there's no going back.......This won't happen with these guys.

I had a plumbing emergency late on a Saturday afternoon. I called several plumbers listed on Yelp and JR's Plumbing was the first company to respond and offered me an appointment within 4 hours.

Dexter arrived promptly and very efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem (gushing outdoor faucet). In addition, he was extremely polite and professional. His rates were as quoted over the phone, with no hidden extras.

Excellent service -well deserved 5 stars. Jr's had the best response time of all plumbing companies I reached out on Yelp. I received an estimation within five minutes of my request and they were straight forward with their pricing (none of the "we'll give you an estimate when we get there!" runaround). When they arrived, they were very courteous, made their assessment, and confirmed the pricing they initially gave me. I did not feel like they were out to take advantage of the situation whatsoever. I'm impressed by the quick turnaround they did in fixing the leak in my shower and sink. Overall, I would do business with Jr's Plumbing again for their great customer service, professionalism and integrity.

I would give JR`s Plumbing 5 more stars if I could! WoW I was impressed which is not easy to do at my age. From the text reminding me of my appointment and that the plumber was on his way and will arrive on time! Dexter was extremely knowledgeable He explained and explained with patiences (I`m not plumbing savvy) what he could do and couldn`t do. He did the work repairing the leaks with a sense of urgency ( no diddle daddle to raise hourly price) and he cleaned his area, plus gave me suggestions (I require a appliance repair for dishwasher). All for a fair, and resonable price plus guaranteed his work in writing. I now have a plumber I trust. I will definitly be using JR`s Plumbing again and will pass on to family, friends and neighbors. Jr's Plumbing did an excellent job with replacing my water heater. I contacted them at 5:30pm and they were able to accommodate an appointment for me the very next day. They arrived within the timeframe given, went to work right away and cleaned up once they finished. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

I called and they were able to get to my house the day of if it was an emergency, however it wasn't so they came the following day to replace my water heater. They answered all of my questions with ease and made me feel very comfortable about our new water heater. They gave me a time frame of when they would arrive and texted me 30 min before arrival. When they arrived they were professional and were done within 45 min. They even sent me a text later on in the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly! Thank you Jr's Plumbing!

Dexter has been doing a few jobs for me for the past few months. He is one of the most honest and nicest plumber I've ever encountered. He has replaced the main water valve at first. Because I was so impressed with Dexter I got him to change my toilet and disposal just today. He is clean and efficient.
