Run don't walk away from this plumber. Here is what he did. Rough in went ok but when it came time to do the trim he said ""you need to call the plumbing supply house, make an appointment and go pick out your trim items"" He continued and said "" bring the estimate sheet I gave you so you know what your budget is, this is the only way I do the trim""
So my wife made an appointment which was 5 days later, she went in and met with a rep for the supply house. This gal had a copy of the plumbers estimate so she knew our budget. My wife started to pick out items and the rep said everything was at or under budget. Come to find out AFTER the plumber was finished we get a billing that was over $1200.00 higher, no explanation at all. He never said anything to me before he stated the trim. I complained and he said ""you picked out items far more expensive. I said ""no one told us this, not you before you started the trim, not the gal at the supply house, no-one!"" I told him the gal said we were at and below budget. I asked, ""didn't you speak with this gal before you order these trim items""
He said ""I'm not responsible for the gal at the supply house"" even though he required us to go there and meet with a rep. His comment was ""if I send you to McDonalds for lunch and you get sick is that my fault""
He is a hot head and doesn't know the meaning of being responsible for his own actions. He filed a lien without out notice to me.

Very thorough and honest in his inspection and recommendations. We appreciated that he did not recommend more than we needed but was willing to do the minimum to save us money! We will use him again!
