Considered some other plumbers and got some work done by one of them. That did not go well. One did not respond on two separate occasions. Another was just too difficult to get started with. So, it's been a relief to find Jr's Plumbing. Got a couple of jobs done with them. Both times Shawnita was very responsive and scheduled work quickly. Quotes were clear and reminders sent out. One time there was a slight delay on start, but she communicated and let me know. No problem. Laakea worked both times, efficient, professional, and courteous. The second job needed two people, and Ekolu came out, too, and continued with what I'd come to expect. If I were to characterize what it's like to work with Jr's Plumbing, it would be no friction, no drama. Everything about the experiences was smooth and easy. No hesitation. Going back to them with any future needs.

Very Responsive even between Christmas and New Years, after calling around 10 companies on island and requesting yelp responses, JR got the job done and my tenants are happy with hot water again. Fantastic company. Jr came out to make sure everything was set up and his crew was awesome. They went above and beyond my expectations and being a former plumber myself (back in the late 70's) I know how much work it is. The job turned out to be easier than expected and Jr's Plumbing saved me a hunch of money. Their flexibility in scheduling also made the job stress free for me. Hats off to this great local company and I will use them again for my renovations.
