What can I say, The tech Jesse was here on time, knew exactly what the problem was and resolved the water pressure issue within an hour. Very professional company with people who care, even though he had to work past his regular time we were not charged. Jesse stuck around to make sure everything was working right and never gave any hint that he was in a hurry. He explained the problem and what he did to resolve it and also gave us information on how to prevent it in the future.

Had a great experience using J.R.S. Plumbing. Jason was able to come out for an estimate the next morning. On the of the estimate, he offered a very reasonable price & offered to make the repairs later that day. That was more then perfect for my schedule. He & his partner finished the work more quickly then promised, explained the work he did thoroughly, & swept & cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience & I will be using him again if needed.

Jason is a great plumber. My water heater broke, flooded the back of my garage. He talked us through how to turn every thing off, what pump to get, how to pump the water out, etc. over the phone! No pressure to come over and charge us.

We decided to have him replace our water heater, he showed up the next day and did a great job. I verified his quote for the job via a plumber friend of mine, who told me his price for the job was absolutely fair. While he was here, he noticed my kitchen sink pressure was low and just went ahead and fixed that too. All in all, great work, nice guy, super knowledgable (and SHARES his knowledge to , and fair pricing. Definitely recommend.

Jason is the only plumber to use,. He is listed in my phone contacts as BEST PLUMBER EVER. I am an owner of Fowler and Moore Interiors and have been through many plumbers and he is the BEST. I had 2 other plumbers come to my house to rectify a problem with a toilet and they were not able to fix it. Jason came and had to remove the toilet and told me someone had flushed a plastic cup down the toilet and the other 2 plumbers did not figure this out?
I recently had a water leak due to a faulty overflow pump on my pool. My water bill had quadrupled and Jason recommended that I contact the water department and explain the problem. I got a credit back from the water company and would never have thought of this if Jason did not recommend it. The credit payed for Jason and part of my water bill.
He is the ONLY plumber we recommend.

NO SHOW ON APPT DATE - DO NOT USE!!
I called JRS based on their positive yelp reviews - what a mistake... I spoke to Jason on the phone & explained my plumbing problem - leak upstairs creating a water mark on the ceiling downstairs. Jason was able to fit me in for an 8am appt early the following week. 8am on the appt date came & no Jason. I called at 8:15am, no answer. I called again at 8:30am, no answer. Again, no call back even though I left 2 messages. I finally left for work late & very frustrated. I still have not heard back from Jason! I will not use this company again & do not recommend them!

We have used Jason after a few nightmare plumbers and this is the only guy you want to use. Hard to come by some honest plumbers... true story ""My garbage disposal stopped working & pipe was leaking and he told me how to fix it over the phone"" could have easily charged me to come out and do the quick fix. Because he did that I know he is the only guy that will get my business when it comes to plumbing!

I had Jason install a Watts Reverse Osmosis Water Filter (which goes under the sink). He arrived on time and did a professional job getting it installed.

JRS is amazing! Our kitchen faucet started to leak water underneath. After a horrific experience with Mike Diamond, we searched Yelp for someone local. JRS Plumbing got back to me right away and they were able to come the next day. Jason and another plumber showed up on time looking very professional. They got right to work to find the cause. We had already purchased a new hose, spray head and faucet. JRS did what they could to avoid having to install a whole new faucet and gave us plenty of options. My grandmother ultimately chose to get the new faucet installed. They got the new one installed and working properly in no time. Jason fixed the sink's water pressure. He also got our sink to swivel as it's meant to, which it didn't before because the previous plumber had it in too tight. So not only did they fix the problem, they made our sink work better than it ever had! The men at JRS were friendly and informative. They chatted with us and explained what they were doing the whole time. There were no fishy upsells or gimmicks, just honest and knowledgeable information. When they were finished, they wiped off the countertops and made sure they didn't leave us with a mess. We'll definitely be calling them next time a plumbing fixture goes on the fritz!
