I had a valve break in the middle of the night and my house was flooding. I turned the water off (not knowing what to do). Frank put a family even on hold and came to help get my house in order before 9am. Good guy and good quality work. I'd recommend giving them a shot.

Had a similar experience to another reviewer. Used them twice. Last time there work left a leak. Called to say come back. Said they were coming after a job. Never heard another word. Left messages and nothing. Very unprofessional.

I have called this company 10x asking for help to correct an issue one of their employees created, & heave had no assistance whatsoever! The customer service is appalling ! I call & leave messages, if I'm lucky to get a call back from anyone they claim to set up a date to come by & never do, or never call me back. The dripping in my faucet is relentless. I've never been this disappointed in a company. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

At the beginning of February I called JR's plumbing because of its great reviews , so I call frank and ask him if he could service my gas boiler , frank says he doesn't service them , but knows of someone that is great with these types of boilers , well I get a call from this contractor called henry , so henry comes into my house and tells me that he works with frank all the time , so of course I trust him based on the current reviews , so henry goes down to my basement and looks at my boiler . within 5 mins he says it the mother board and he requested that I change out a valve that was dripping and then he gives me some BS story and needs a deposit , so I give henry the deposit and henry the supposed great referral from frank ,never shows up again , and then I text him and I get big fat stories that mean nothing to me , because now I am out 1000 all because of franks recommendation ..
so now I confront frank , he now doesn't know him that well , I ask for his full name , then frank send me over henry's drivers license ( now how do you have someones drivers license if you don't know him that well ) so I go to frank and tell him since he recommended this great contractor and since I am out 1000 dollars , for him to come up with half of that so it gives me some relief after knowing I have been robbed by the person he recommended , but to this day frank just tells me he will call me back and I still do not have a call back !!! SO BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR !!!!

Great experience using JR's plumbing . Frank Jr was very knowledgeable and was very clean and neat. He installed a bathroom faucet and changed our feed valve , relief valve and expansion tank on our boiler system and was very reasonably priced. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Nice guy, knowledgeable and happened to be available the day I called since I had a pretty minor repair. Only down sides were that he had to go home for an hour to pick up a tool. And he's very out of shape (breathing heavily while working) so I don't know if he'd be able to handle a big job himself.

Totaling thrilled with the service I received. I came home to a basement soaked with water pouring from my ceiling. The pipe from my ice machine in my refrigerator eroded. In a panic went on the web to find a plumber. I called two one couldnt come until the next day the other never answered. Luckily I got JR who was in patchhogue and said he would come right over; problem solved. He did a great job and price reasonable. I definitely suggest you use him emergency or not.
