We just moved into our house and decided that the old existing water heater would need replacing soon. We called j&r and don was able to come out the same week. Because of the pictures I had sent , he had the right replacement on his truck and despite some issues with the space, don had the new water heater installed and functioning in just a few hours. I would recommend this organization to anyone needing plumbing or heating work.

Install a Kindwater Evo-3000 whole-house filtration and water conditioning system.
Not a common unit but it was no problem for Don who showed up promptly on time and worked to install the system so it is not only functional but a testament to a professional' skill and craftsmanship. Truly a work of art.

Payment is handled directly through a software app and the entire process from requesting service to paying the bill was painless.

The space it was installed is cleaner than when Don started. Call J&R Herra now if you need professional and well thought out plumbing or other services they offer.

My disposal went out and I had water pooling under kitchen sink. j&R Herra was able to have someone out same day. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Kyle and Deanna, have handled my HVAC system very poorly, many many service calls to fix small problems, they have forgotten things, and caused a lot of trouble. They are great at marketing but very poor service and customer service is far far worse, and it really seems to be trickling down to their service tech guys. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Marcus G arrived on time and was extremely efficient, professional and personable. He listened to what was needed to be done and provided an estimate of the cost. He shut off the gas, installed the shut off valve for the stove, hooked up the line to the stove, and turned the gas back on. He also checked the furnace, dryer and relit the water heater for us. Our hot water heater was not working consistently. I called J&R and they sent a technician within a couple of hours and within 3.5 hours we had a new hot water heater installed. Excellent service and technician.

I had a frozen pipe on 12/23/22 the coldest day in years. John P. here about 2 hours after I called the company. He was very professional, gave me three options to fix the problem. I will definitely use J&R for any future needs and will insist they send John!!!

We had our hot water heater replaced.
The estimate over the phone was $7-800.
After looking at the situation the plumber said our cost to install would be $800.
He was done in about 1 1/2 Hours and added an extra $100 for unforeseen work
which caused him to spend an extra 15 minutes. So I guess this company bills at $400/ hr. Now of course I didn't monitor
the work so i don't know what he did during the time but no one said there would be additional charges after inspecting the unit.
These guys charge more than most lawyers and primary care doctor.
