horrible. you make an appointment and they don't show. They have done this multiple times. When you call they out you in hold then it's transferred to a personal cell and they leave you there.

Business owners, take the time and find another company, it will be worth your time and money.

I found out by friends who work for the city I was being investigated by the health department for a bad smell. It seemed someone had reported me for it. My restaurant never had issues with clogged pipes cause we filtered our dishes make sure we threw away as much solids and grease to the trash and recycle. What was shocking was the person who reported my restaurant. It turns out it was someone from this company. I found out this company has majors violations against it and is going around towns and reporting restaurants with the help of people. If you look up the owners of the place you will be shocked . Next time you see these peoples card and you where reported for sure it was them.

I needed a grease trap done in Pasadena, but the restaurant owner was late for the appointment, JR Grease tech waited an hour, but finally left. I called and spoke with the manager, Cecilia. I rescheduled for a tech to go back out at their convenience, the price was reasonable and I was not charged for the first service call.

I have never seen such a bad service and attitude. I made an appointment with them, and then on that day I waited in my store for a day and no one came, and no one told me what happened. I called again and told me They didn't find any information about me, and then I tried to explain the situation to them. They actually hung up my phone, and I still hung up directly after calling. What kind of service results do you think this service attitude will make.So I strongly recommend not to use this one and don't believe what they say.

I thought these yelp reviews were just salty people, but WOW... never thought a business would talk to customers like that even after it was CLEARLY their fault. I scheduled a used oil pick up last Friday.. they took my name and number down and my email.. fast forward to today, 1 week later.. no pick up. So I call twice and finally get this bitch that everyone is talking about... she comes on the phone and says ""okay what is the business name?"" I answer and she goes ""Okay, I have no idea what that is..?"" She then process to speak to me like I messed up.... Couple minutes later, the actual driver comes in and says he has a pick up...... wow...doesn't even know her own appointments. They're probably still in business because no one needs to pay anything. Can't see this business with this type of leadership lasting in a business that needs to sell something.

They have the worst service. They have the worst person to talk to on the phone. I do not understand why they are in business. If it wasn't for the city referral I would have not called them. I will definite notify the city to not refer them to any other businesses to handle grease trap interception. I spoke to a girl. She claim she is the owner. She has no intention to do business or want to provide any services. Why does the company have someone like that handling service call? There are many companies out there can do the same job. Don't waste your time calling JR Grease. You will end up feeling stupid. I want to inform the public. I would have give them zero star.

This is probably the worse customer service that I have dealt with ever. I've called 6 times in the last few weeks to get our recycled oil picked up. And they have not showed up. It's very disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Management get your act together! If I could I would leave ZERO stars.

I have had nothing but great experiences every time my establishment is serviced by JR Grease for about 2 years now. Good customer service. They know what they're doing and don't waste any time getting it done . I count on them with their excellent service and definitely recommend for anyone in the food industry

Very unprofessional. We went with them because they said they could get the job done by the end of the week. When they came out on Friday they could not get the covers off (which is a common problem that other companies can seem to overcome), but they didn't bother to tell us that, we had to call them to find out what was going on. Then they said they would be out Saturday, and they never showed. When we called them Monday we were told that they didn't really want to waste time coming out here anyway.

Incidentally their suggestion on the covers was for us to have 2 extra on hand in case they broke them - at $450 each. Seems to me if this is a common issue a professional company would keep them in stock so they could be sold as needed rather than expecting their customer to buy them in advance in case they broke one.
