When we were considering a walk-in shower conversion we saw an ad for JR bath.com offering a ""design center"". So next time we were in the neighborhood we decided to check it out. In spite of the ad, we were treated like we were trespassing by the ""Office Manager"". I think the only reason she set up a sales appointment was to get rid of us. However, the Sales Manager who came out was professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions/concerns. The pricing was good, so we decided to have JR Bath.com do the work. (In spite of what the name would have you think, they don't ""do"" email.)
The installation took a day and a half and was first rate. Unfortunately, the product not so much. The shower floor liner was extremely Slippery. Notifying JR they sent a technician right out - three weeks later. She gave the surface a light wet sanding and declared it ""fixed"". We noticed zero difference in the before and after. During the whole process, we received exactly one courtesy call to confirm an appointment in Dec. that was actually scheduled for Jan. We are currently using a bath mat and wait to see if the surface is as mold resistant as it is non-slip.
We would not recommend JR for your shower conversion because BCI Acrylic is their only supplier and their product is less than satisfactory!

They installed a new shower with a seat that ""bled""
They replaced it with another seat that did the same thing.
I called them to let them know the same thing was happening
I was told that it was the soap and shampoo causing the problem and they would do nothing about it
Nonsense
I ran plain water on the seat several times with the same result-bleeding
I now have a seat I cannot use(unless I want to stain my behind)

We just had our tub/shower changed to a beautiful shower. The price was very competitive, the color choices were great, the time from ordering to installing was good and the installers (Brandon and Dan) did a terrific job!!! Our shower is awesome. We chose what we wanted to look like and it turned out better than we could ever have imagined! We have NO complaints, only praise.

JR BATH installed a new tub and surround for me last week. I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the installer, Chad. I am in love with my beautiful new tub. I never imagined my old ugly peeling tub being transformed into a beautiful bath. I highly recommend JR Bath!

We had the tub removed and replaced with a zero clearance shower. We also had wainscoting put all the way around the bathroom. The quality of the shower installation seemed fine but there were major issues with the quality of the wainscoting installation. Because of this, we told them we would not sign the final authorization form to the credit company for final payment until the repairs were made. J R Luxury Bath put through the final payment to the credit company anyway. Not only is this unethical, it is probably illegal as well. Fortunately Eric came out and made the repairs to our satisfaction.
