Highest possible ratings for promptness, professionalism, and for the quality of the work done. The task was to install on my existing dog run a 10'x10' dog run cover kit that I had purchased. Within just a couple minutes of reaching out to several services via Yelp, JPZ Properties responded with a quote, which I feel was very reasonable for what I was sure would be a two-man job. A few minutes after that, we agreed on a date, which was just a couple days after I made the request. Jaime and his partner showed up right on time, and completed the job in well under an hour. I will definitely reach out to JPZ again when I need handyman services.

Very happy with the screen door installation they just completed. We also got quotes on other projects we want done and their prices are more reasonable than some of the prices we've gotten from other companies. We called them over just to do quotes but I ended up contracting them to install a new screen door on the spot. Jaime's advice on other projects we want done came with a lot of integrity, showing us they are not just trying to take our money and run. We will be calling JPZ property services for more work.

Hello everyone:
This is my personal review of the JPZ Property Services. They compose of a superb team of experienced handy men. They did several projects such as: 1.Improving my kitchen by installing a new kitchen sink, a new refrigerator, and a new dishwasher. 2. They painted my visitor's bathroom. 3. They worked in conjunction with a roofing company to install a new roof on top of my existing patio. In all of these projects, they did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and resourceful. I am a newly retired Transportation Engineer for the State of California and I am very impressed with this team. I plan to hire them with many more projects to come. I absolutely recommend their services to anyone and I am confident that future clients will be satisfied.

Jaime and his dad was contracted by Velocity Plumbing (another excellent company) when the drain in my bathroom stopped draining. The issue was pretty severe as I have recently purchased an old house and the plumbing system was never serviced. After the drain was fixed, I got a chance to chat with Jaime and realized he also worked as a handyman. It's so hard to find a good handyman nowadays and Jaime was magical. My previous handyman would leave work for the next person to do the ""finishing touch""... which I was confused at... but Jaime took care of all the work as well as finishing. He refinished my bathroom back to original condition before the ground was dug up to repair the drain in just 3 days!! This also includes painting all the rooms and fix some outlet that my other handyman was unable to fix. Highly recommend!!
