They charged me over $100 to caulk the backsplash of my kitchen sink. A week later water hit the backsplash & my kitchen was flooded again. I called & for 3 weeks in a row was told they would come/ call & I have no call no plumber. I shouldn't have to chase down to get the service I paid for. I'm very annoyed & disappointed.

while the work that was done was solid, the pricing was both deceptive and outrageous.

I was quoted 135 plus materials an hour to fix a bathroom leak. within five minutes, the plumbers had fixed the primary leak. after that, they removed the toilet to take a look and discovered another leak. they stated that to fix that leak would be expensive. I declined to move forward knowing that a simple flange extension would solve the problem. I later received the invoice which charged for a full hour (which was reasonable) plus an additional 165 for unscrewing the nuts on the toilet, picking it up, looking, and setting it back down.

I was charged over 300 for a quick 30 minutes of easy work. I ended up doing the flange extension myself and replacing the entire toilet for just $190. aside from the deceptive practice of failing to communicate surcharges prior to billing, the charge for removing the toilet and setting it back down is completely absurd.

The two nicest guys just left after quickly responding to our call to JP's this morning. They were able to come out and take care of our plumbing issues almost right away and could not have been more pleasant, professional and helpful! Along with observing COVID safety protocols, they gave us advice on how to prevent future buildup and steps to take in order to resolve present buildup in pipes. We are delighted with the customer service when calling the company, the responsiveness of their office in getting back to you quickly if you leave a voicemail, the great service from their plumbers and the price! I highly recommend JP's Plumbing and have already reached out to my family members in our community to let them know what a good experience we had. We heard about them from another friend who used them and was really pleased with their experience as well.
