I called the office because the toilet was clogged at our business and they gave me their plumber, Armando's, number to schedule an appointment. He texted and said he could come out that day after 3PM. I made a trip to the office specifically to be there for the service.

Since I had not heard anything, I texted at 4:30PM asking for an eta. 25 minutes later I get a text saying that he needs to reschedule for tomorrow at 8:30AM. I said I will be available after 11AM and he said that is fine.

At 2:00PM the next day I message asking for an eta and there was no reply. I texted again about 40 minutes later asking if he was coming or if I need to call someone else out and he never replied.

I will never use this company for any services again. The lack of communication and flakiness is unacceptable.

I would recommend JPL in a heartbeat. We had a leak under our slab in the bathroom. When the ground became saturated it came through the closet in the bedroom next door and was saturating the carpet in the bedroom.
I called a plumber, and he told me to call my adjuster because this was a big leak, big job and it needed to be rerouted.
My adjustor recommended Armando at JPL. He came out detected exactly where the leak was, taped the floor, and sent the report over to insurance company that day.
He showed up on time with everything he needed, and very knowledgeable assistant named Noah. Someone else could of made a mess of the walls and flooring but he snaked the new piping up, over and back down.
The bathroom is totally useable. By mid afternoon they were finishing.
I will definitely be calling them again.

Our toilet was backing up into our bathtub & I looked for an Emergency plumber since it was the weekend & found JPL Plumbing. They have great customer service & for being the weekend the response time was amazing, thanks Armando for all your help.

My husband and I bought a house in woodland hills. We had it inspected but the house literally blew up with sewage. We had two plumbers come and tell us everything was fine. Thank gd Armando came to the house and insisted on checking the pipes with his camera. We have had so much work done by him and we have been really happy. He is honest and I now have knowledge of everything to do with plumbing in my house. I don't say this all the time but I trust him and recommend him to others.
