I woke up to find my basement partially flooded. The culprit was a split tank on my gas powered water heater. I got in touch with John several hours later after contacting several other plumbers who either were unresponsive, minimally responsive, or giving me quotes for the work that were higher than John's quote. I was considering switching to an electric water heater and John gave me some candid advice that made me reconsider. Once we agreed on a price, he had two guys installing the new water heater just a couple hours later. The install was straightforward and the workers were professional. All together, very happy with the quick service and reasonable price.

Would definitely recommend. They are a cut above the rest. I called a few plumbers when our hot water heater broke down. J. Peral was the most accommodating and quickest in addressing our problem. I received same day service, and they saved us from an emergency situation. When I explained that we were unable to shut off the valve for the water, they quickly rushed over to take care of the situation, preventing further damage to our basement. They were also less expensive than the other plumbers.

I would like say even though I didn't get to use their service as of it yet I will soon. I called about my pop-up bathtub lever. Instead of taking my money for a job that was so easy to fix. They explain to me how to fix it over the phone. They even told me if I had an issue give them a phone call. I am going to give them a call when I have an issue in the future. My commode's seal leaked (on a Sunday, of course), so I used the Yelp tool that helps find quotes for your project, which led me to JP Peral Piping/Heating/Sewage. A very nice man named Anthony helped me from start to finish! He requested photos of the issues, and from them gave me advice on what to do. A few other plumbing services contacted me, too, and all gave the same advice. I went with Anthony because he got back the fastest & was trustworthy from the start (and also the company had stellar reviews on Yelp).

Through the week we arranged the item I needed, I paid for it to be picked up at the Home Depot convenient for him. It was over 100lbs & I am truly grateful Anthony handled pickup & delivery.

Come Thursday Anthony & his associate Miguel arrived to my home & brought the unit up my stoop + two flights of stairs, and swapped my old commode out for the new one within two hours!

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, care & work Anthony & his people afforded me. They saved Christmas!
