I was trying to install my own bidet this week l, thinking it would be an easy task. The water in my bathroom wouldn't turn off, even after trying some tips from YouTube. I had to call the building management to help turn off the water to install the bidet. I know I'd eventually have to call a plumber to fix the old valves but I just wanted to address the immediate issue. He came and installed the bidet and nothing was leaking. He gave me some suggestions on other fixes I could consider. I made a mental note of things I'd try to fix myself.

I left the house to run some errands and came home to at least two inches of water. Rut-roh. Our building manager recommended Paul at JPC, last minute on a Friday night. He was able to come to my place within 3 hours. Paul was great, he saw what was wrong and quickly got to work.

He also followed covid procedures and kept his face covered. We asked him to wipe his shoes with antibacterial wipes and he was happy to comply.

He ended up fixing the valve, successfully installing the bidet, and also fixing the toilet by replacing the entire float mechanism. It was truly a relief having everything fixed so quickly. Paul is also just easy to talk to. He is professional and friendly.

I'm so grateful for him and his service. I will definitely contact him in the future with plumbing issues. I would highly recommend him and his services.
