I was selling my house and the inspection report came back with some plumbing issues.
I contacted Paul and he came out checked out everything (including crawling under the house).
He gave me a verbal estimate and I agreed to proceed.
He was able to commit to doing the work two days later.
They showed up as expected and started in on the water heater that needed to be braced and strapped and needed the pressure relief valve vented outside.
While that was going on one guy crawled under the house and started replacing the galvanized straps holding my copper pipes with nylon pipe clamps. Not only replaced all the galvanized straps but added extra clamps where needed.
Fixed the toilet that was plugged by removing it and running a garden hose backwards through the toilet which ejected construction debris and a filter for the commercial airless sprayer. Reseated toilet with new wax ring and secured properly.
Fixed second toilet that was not bolted down properly.
Replaced the dishwasher air gap and connected hoses properly. Reseated garbage disposal which was mounted loosely. Connected drain and water tested for leaks. (None found)
Reconnected the dryer vent.
All in all excellent work!
Even though they did a few extra things, they stuck with their quote.
Recommend these guys and will use them again!

Our toilette flooded in the middle of the night. JPC Rooter had a quick response time and was willing to send out a technician out on a very short notice.

I ended up deciding to replace all 3 of my toilettes and was quoted a fair price to install and haul my old toilettes.

When they arrived on time for the job they took the time to carefully explain that the new toilettes I had purchased were not a good brand. They explained that they break down frequently and are not good quality.

They actually helped me haul the new poor quality toilettes back to the store so I could exchange them for better quality ones.

They could of said nothing and just got the job done, but instead they took more time out of their day to make sure I got a quality product.

They were quick, clean and very polite. I highly recommend their services.

I had a bath faucet which needed fixing and a clogged bathroom drain that Snakes and chemicals did not resolve. Yelp listed off a number of Plumbers, I studied reviews on several of them. JPC stood out for three reasons: 1) they were the first to reach out to me & 2) Juan the owner answered when I called to discuss my issue. 3) all of his reviews seemed 5 star and the ones that were not, when reading the detail were not of concern.

I made the appointment...keep in mind, it was after 3pm on 12/30 when we spoke and Juan offered an 8am appt or after 2pm appt the next day 12/31...which I thought was great!

-Juan and Francisco (trainee) showed up at the agreed upon time 2pm

-Juan was professional, nice and communicative

-Juan gave a very fair price for handling my two jobs

I got Juan's card and he will be my go-to guy going forward! I am grateful for his professionalism and service!

I was so blessed to have Paul and Jiorgio. Those two were very helpful and found the leak another handyman left and I couldn't figure out how to repair. Our kitchen sink was hacked by a handyman with plumbers putty and the wrong size pipes. It would leak continuously, my wife was stuck cleaning this area every night. Paul called within an hour of my post and quickly came by, assessed and fixed it on the spot. he also fixed another project I left and never had time to resolve. I think they did a wonderful job, charged very reasonable rates, and left the job better than they found it.

Call after hours tonight with standing water in bath tub ,got hold of Paul said he could be here in hour to hour and half . Show up with mask on said he would do everything he could to clear it. After snaking it for about 45 minutes he pulled a wad of hair about the size of a golf ball .I knew he wasn't going to leave till he got it. It sure was nice to have someone come out who cared what they were doing and not here just to make a buck. Nice to see some good old customer service . Will be calling him back for any plumbing problem in future.

I needed the replacement of a touch faucet in my kitchen. Paul Castillo came and was able to install my faucet quickly, accurately, the first time. And his price was far less than other plumbers I contacted. I highly recommend Paul and JPC Rooter & Plumbing.

Paul from JPC did a great job replacing a 10' section of sewer lateral in the backyard. Our upstairs toilet was clogged and Paul came out the next day to inspect and saw that roots were clogging the exit pipe where the cast-iron pipe connects to the sewer lateral. They were able to come out early the next week, had to break a 10' section of concrete walkway, dug until they got to the old clay sewer laterals and saw the rat's nest of pipes (about 7 pipes altogether connected to the lateral). The crew, lead by Paul's brother Giovanni were surprised by how complex the network was, but nevertheless removed the old pipes and somehow reconnected all the cast-iron down-tubes to a new sewer lateral and connect that to the existing one that we had replaced about 10 years ago. And by late afternoon they finished up by pouring the new concrete walkway. Very impressive. I would highly recommend them. They were efficient and reasonably priced.

I called 7 different plumbers, he was the only one who was willing to make the trip the same day. He was reliable, diagnosed quickly and then recommended a specialist who could handle the issue better. He did not charge me for anything, despite the time he took out of his work day. Would recommend 10/10!

After the huge rains in October of 2021, we had some issues! Our bathtub was getting backed up with sewage - not good! Called Paul and he came out the next day, on time, was very patient and diligent about fixing it, and making sure it wasn't going to affect other plumbing in the house. Then we had another issue outside with a drain under a concrete slab that was supposed to drain well away from our house. He had to try multiple snakes, lugging that massive machine around our steep yard, but after a while, he got it unclogged! This was a huge issue, because the water was spewing right next to the house instead of away from it, and was causing issues in our house. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use JPC again.

Paul response to my request quickly. He is professional and honest. The procedure he gave is reasonable, he din't up-sale the service that not necessary.

Paul also has a nice personality. He is not hesitate to answer and educate you in learning basic heating system; telling how thing would connect, how to do self visual inspection and how to spot and error before it is too late.

I rate this over all services as very satisfied. Will call him again.
